This is by far the most expensive pair of headphones I have ever had the pleasure of testing. Did these top-tier headphones blow me out of the water? They certainly did. The silver colour looks stylish and is more of a matt grey colour, I would say. They are very comfortable to wear and dont touch my ears. I can wear them for hours without my ears or head getting irritated and they always do with any in-ear or on-ear headphones.

This item, when unpacked, had the incorrect, incompatible small charging lead. Sony refused to replace it as I had bought it more than 14 days before. They were obviously aware that people buy Christmas presents in good time to avoid any shortages and, in the present circumstances, potential delays. The item was properly sealed and opened on Christmas Day. The incorrect lead was obviously included in error when packed. The headphones are advertised as top of the range and consequently are priced accordingly. Disregarding the fact the problem should be covered by the guarantee, it would seem counter productive for them to risk considerable adverse publicity and product reviews on social media for the cost of an insignificant item. Appalling inferior customer service. Poor Show Sony.

Dieser Kopfhörer hat alles was man braucht, in Zusammenarbeit mit der App gehört dieser Kopfhörer zu den Besten.

Haben zwei davon, der Erste nach einem Jahr defekt (lautes Pfeifen durch defektes ANC) . Auf Garantie repariert und nach einer Woche wieder da. Service funktioniert also auch. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Ich habe mir die Sony WH-1000XM4 kabellosne Bluetooth Noise Cancelling Kopfhörer für mein Fitnesstraining bestellt. Es gibt nämlich nichts Schlimmeres für mich als beim Training ständig von irgendwelchen Geräuschen gestört zu werden und die ganzen Hintergrundgeräusche wie bspw. laute Musik oder Gespräche der anderen Fitnessstudio-Mitglieder während des Trainings zu hören. Darum ist dort ein Noise Cancelling Kopfhörer für mich Pflicht.

I havent had Sony over the ear headphones before and have never spent over £100 for headphones so this Sony WH-1000XM4 Noise Cancelling Wireless Headphones were going to be new territory for me especially the fact that they cost £349! For this price Id be expecting these headphones to perform magic and be perfect in every way.
