We purchased this gaming PC for our 13 year old son. I did a ton of research before making this purchase. Overall, for the price, I am very pleased with the specs and performance of this PC. We had to update the version of Windows 10 in order to link his XBox, but that’s really not an issue at all. It comes with everything you need (mouse, keyboard, Windows) and easily connected to either a TV or a monitor. Satisfied kid, satisfied mom.

This product is very good for people that are just first buying pc’s because they have a lot of ram and have lots of storage to keep games in.

My son loves this! Hesitated to purchase because I knew nothing about PC’s but he absolutely loves it and we’ve had NO issues!

Wow, I have got to say I am thoroughly impressed with the PC I purchased for my 13 yr old son!! This is so freaking nice and its incredibly quiet! (He is using this PC primarily for gaming) Then with a few added accessories from 5below (lighting mouse pad, light up headset holder w/ 4 USB ports) and the keyboard and mouse I bought him last year rather than the ones in the box, the set up is just awesome! My brother is disappointed he didnt get one when I did bc now the price is so much higher (i got on black Friday or cyber Monday). Anyway, i hope my review helps someone to chose their PC, this is a great buy and only thing im doing to it is increasing to 32gb from 16gb other than that this is perfect as it comes and it does include a keyboard and mouse we used the ones i got last year bc they were very expensive and match our set up perfectly, but the ones in the box are perfectly fine..my son prefers 60% keyboard for gaming. Anyway, great purchase and we couldnt be happier! All his friends are jealous and so are our relatives who have seen the PC :-) I wish I got 2 of them and if they honored the price i got the first time id buy 2 more right now. Lol

This PC is awesome, looks amazing and the graphics are sick.

The obvious HDMI connection does not work. I spend 4 days and 5 phone call with Amazon support but could not get support from Skytech. Amazon finally gave me Kytech phone number to call. I call and was on hold for 2+ hours with no luck. I left my phone number, where skytech call back in about 30 hours. It only took few minutes for them to tell me the only working HDMI connection is in Black without label (extremely difficult to see) near the antenna. They could have save me 4 days including 10 hours on the phone by add one line alert buyer with this problem.

I dont game much but I wanted a pc that would let me if I wanted to play something that required a little more punch than my laptop. This is exactly what I was looking for....decent storage (500GB), a mid tier to high end graphics card, fast processor and aesthetically pleasing. It runs really quiet and when using the power saving feature it wakes up within a few seconds. Because of the small form factor there isnt any room for adding additional components but I knew that going in. I thought I would want a new keyboard/mouse but so far so good with the wired ones that came with the pc. Also, the 16GB memory allows me to use this for work as well. I would definitely recommend this product!
