> 3 dayWe were pleased with the computer for the first few days as it worked flawlessly and was great for gaming. Then the computer froze and support missed its appointment by four hours. After updating wondows and all of ghe drivers, it worked again and then the graphics card died. At that point we returned it.

> 3 dayI bought this pc when i was in college two years ago to play games with my friends such as SMITE, Minecraft and other things my Macbook simply couldn’t run. I had to get the CPU replaced only once and the customer support was amazing and understanding. It was packaged well upon arrival too. I now play games such as Valorant, Genshin Impact, Final Fantasy 14 and more and it still runs like a dream! Installing a new harddrive for more space was pretty simple and the case makes it really easy to open and clean. I discovered Skytech typically has a bad rep but i didnt know about it when I bought it and certainly can’t atest to from experience. I just hope whoever else buys these can have as nice as an experience as i did c: (and still do cuz this pc is my baby)

> 3 dayI’m very pleased with this PC so far. I had a lot of concerns about buying prebuilt but am happy to say that after a bit less than a week I have had no issues. A major worry for me was buying without knowing the specifics for the motherboard/PSU etc., but from what I can tell they all ended up being solid parts. If the insert that was sent with the PC is to be believed it also went through quality checks and a CPU/GPU torture test. It was also delivered much more quickly than I had even hoped and well packaged (note, coronavirus is still a thing during the writing of this review). The cord management and general assembly seems orderly/neat and it runs cool and quiet even while running recent titles at max settings as the parts list should be expected to. The included peripherals aren’t particularly great but would serve well as backups for a better mouse/keyboard. If I were on the market for another prebuilt PC I would buy again from this company.

> 3 daySorry I don’t have a better photo, we are getting a new desk and my PC isn’t set up at the moment. I bought this PC to be able to play Overwatch with my sister. It runs beautifully. I instantly load into any game I play. The way the computer is built will make it easy to upgrade as I wish. I had always thought I would build my own PC, but I didn’t feel like waiting anymore and this was the right price. Zero complaints. I would recommend buying your own keyboard—while it looks cool, it isn’t mechanical and is pretty uncomfortable. That said, I didn’t realize it came with a keyboard, so it’s still a nice bonus in my eyes.

> 3 dayI received this item today after having the 2nd day air shipping option. What I noticed right out of the package was disturbing. The cpu cooler was hanging off the cpu. Upon further inspection, it was NOT properly attached to the motherboard and the plate on the back of the board had fallen down. Ok, so I screwed it on and plugged all the cables in, switch the power supply on and no video. I tried turning it off with the power button on top of the case... Nothing, not even holding down for 30 seconds to do a hard shut down. I had to power off the unit via the power supply switch. After trying the suggestions from the included Trouble Shooting page they sent with the box, nothing helped. I reseated the RAM and GPU, attached all the cables, and powered it on. Again, no video. Now, what really is frustrating, I received the computer today, Friday, at 8pm PST and they close at 6pm PST. Theyre not open on the weekends either. Ill update the review after talking to Customer Support/Tech Support. This is not cool, not for the price.
