> 3 dayI’m very pleased with this PC so far. I had a lot of concerns about buying prebuilt but am happy to say that after a bit less than a week I have had no issues. A major worry for me was buying without knowing the specifics for the motherboard/PSU etc., but from what I can tell they all ended up being solid parts. If the insert that was sent with the PC is to be believed it also went through quality checks and a CPU/GPU torture test. It was also delivered much more quickly than I had even hoped and well packaged (note, coronavirus is still a thing during the writing of this review). The cord management and general assembly seems orderly/neat and it runs cool and quiet even while running recent titles at max settings as the parts list should be expected to. The included peripherals aren’t particularly great but would serve well as backups for a better mouse/keyboard. If I were on the market for another prebuilt PC I would buy again from this company.

Greater than one weekI have had this PC since June of last year, for 9 months, and nearly every update I get I always get an alert that says, your PC does not have the requirements available to update. I have uninstalled & reinstalled my NVEDIA, gotten a PC health check app, looked at reviews, etc. I have done everything in my power to find out why this occurs, but to no avail. This is the only current problem with my PC and I was wondering if anyone had a solution. This is my first PC as well, and unfortunately, I am not tech savvy.

> 3 dayI know that this is made as a gaming computer, and it works amazing for the gaming that I do. However, I bought this computer with the aim of being my primary computer for school during the pandemic. Ive had it for a week now, and its worked tremendously. My main concern was how well it would handle video and audio via Zoom, because my last computer had significant issues with these areas. This computer has been a beast and made this a much more enjoyable experience.

> 3 dayFirstly, it’s so beautiful! I love it. I am a graphic designer and content creator. I had a prebuilt computer from 10 years ago that specifications finally became outdated.

27-09-2024DO NOT BUY!!! SSD died as soon as the 1-year warranty ended. Ive had 10 computers/laptops, and none of the parts have ever failed so quickly (just a little over a year from buying the computer). Buy from a more reliable company. This company seems to use inferior, unreliable parts.
