Loved the product you get what you paid for nice prebuilt and easy to setup. Well worth the money and runs high end games like warzone Pubg and rust. Very good purchase and cheap for what you get.

Computer is fast and runs games pretty decent. Cant max out crysis 3 or anything but it runs well. I had an issue with the two USB 3.0 on the front. They still do not work. I emailed them and didnt get a response. I forgot about it but after using it for several months. I thought I write this review about it. It looks nice, sounds nice, runs nice. Just those USB ports on the front not working.

I bought this PC because I wanted to play Star Wars Squadrons. I am writing this post 2 days prior to drop but, I have been playing games in VR for the past few days and everything works beautifully. I wasnt expecting the GPU to handle the load of Witcher 2 but with everything maxed and nothing over clocked everything is crystal clear. The fan is quiet, and shipping was a few days early. What i can say about the Tech support is that this little machine doesnt need it. 5/5.

I had not bought a prebuilt PC in a very long time and was kind of concerned with some of these reviews. Luckily I can say I had no problems and it was delivered in record time and worked flawlessly out of the box. I checked out system lab webpage and it looks like it can run any current game with no issues at all.

What a great PC build. Came fully functional without issue. Unit is stunning in both looks and function. Seller took care of a missing NVMe mounting screw quickly and fairly. I was considering a homebrew build to replace my last Gaming PC build but this only cost a bit more than I could spec myself so it was a no-brainer. Very highly recommended ... you cant lose.

100% ready for use, easy setup

This is my new computer in a little over 10 years and my Dell Inspiron has served me well. I bought this computer last month and its been ok so far and I am still getting used to Windows 10 and this raised keys keyboard as I am typing. Problems encountered the quick start guide says not to plug in your monitor directly into the video card port but it is the only way I was able to get a signal from the monitor. One of the usb 3.0 ports on the top is not recognized by the computer an issue I will get to at some point. I tried to put in my old hard drive and ssd drive which was difficult since the cords are so tightly wrapped and there is no real way to screw down a hard drive unless you take everything out to be able to get your hands and a screwdriver in there. I have the hard drive just sitting there underneath where the ssd drive that comes with it is. Also recommend using a towel or thick cloth if you are going to lay the case on its glass door side. My other ssd drive is there next to that one also hard to screw in to stay in place so I just used some electrical tape to keep it in place in case I need to pick up the case. The power supply is not strong enough to support a 144gz or higher monitor without the monitor shutting off by itself after a while of use. I currently have it at 120gz and has yet to crash and I will buy a 650w power supply some time later on. I also have my old 60gz monitor connected which works fine as well. I would also recommend adding another fan since it has an empty spot for one more. I had an issue with the audio from the video card it gave no sound but when I set the audio to Realtek it works fine but also be aware that sometimes the sound will revert back to the video card but can be changed again from the taskbar. Overall I would recommend this pc since the parts alone come close to the total price.

We were pleased with the computer for the first few days as it worked flawlessly and was great for gaming. Then the computer froze and support missed its appointment by four hours. After updating wondows and all of ghe drivers, it worked again and then the graphics card died. At that point we returned it.

Using this product for editing and gaming.
