> 3 dayThis brand works well for tooth sensitivity. You can also rub it on specific spots and let it sit to help further after brushing. I was advised not to completely rinse after brushing, but if you do you can rub some on trouble areas.

> 3 dayI would say that this product did a good job in terms of cavity prevention. I use it twice a day with my electronic toothbrush. Everything worked out fine except that the mint flavor was too strong for me. Maybe they can come up with a version with less stronger mint but still offers decent cavity prevention and whitening effect.
