Well-built and durable for location use, good passive noise cancellation, fit is fine, glad to finally purchase and use as a monitoring device. Recommended, especially for the replacement parts availability.

Son los mejores audífonos para un dj y para cualquier persona que quiera usarlos para escuchar música en general! Tienen una exelente calidad de sonido y el volumen al que llegan estos audífonos es inigualable! Los compraría una y otra ves sin dudarlo!

bought these to replace MDR-v6s I was using for film sound monitoring, the upgrade was a long time coming. a little tight, adjusted with a CAREFUL couple minutes of setting across the knees and warming with a hairdryer, removing/checking and repeating the process. Didnt want to chance over-stretching and attempt to re-compress. sound is phenomenal, arrived in the mail, immediately used them as a personal stereo off of a blackberry priv running Blackplayer at full volume, bass boost and amplifier(4kmDB) Behemoth, Justice, Anilah, RATM, and Chopin. the HD25s struggled a bit with RATM and Justices heavier bass, but at listenable headphone (master)volume (amp and bass still maxed) there were no issues. Very nice, lightweight, and simple construction that lends itself to getting beat up and still working perfectly. only downside for me is a personal preferance, I CANNOT find an aftermarket or OEM cable that allows for a left side cable.

They started shorting out before I could even use them for a recording class (which recommended them). Since I needed them in a hurry, returning wasnt an option. It was a struggle as they would cut in and out unless I held them just right. [EDIT: I eventually just pulled out the connectors and put them back in when this happened every now and then. In 2022 I had to replace the cord because the wire broke after years of bending. The earphones have worked fine over the years since I bought them and I would buy them again (unless I find something better)

Originally, I was put off by the cheap feeling construction... That is, until I put them on and heard the quality of the sound. These are great headphones... The range of the HD 25s is very good; I feel the bass is rich and and mids/highs are crisp. Sennheiser has found a good balance between low and high range frequencies. I cranked my volume pretty high and I did not hear any clipping or distortion. I am very please with these and they even sound better if you pair them with a DAC! If you are an audiophile, these are great starters.

Great, lightweight headphones. Not the best noise isolation overall but you can’t expect that from on ear headphones such as these. Super lightweight and comfortable but I would highly recommend upgrading the ear pads as the original ones are slightly thin and not super padded. Super loud without much reduction in the sound quality when used with my DDJ-RX controller. 5/5 with and ear pad upgrade, 4.5/5 without

These headphones are extremely good and durable, theyve been my favorite companion to almost everywhere I go for 2 years. Soundwise, they are great for the value, mostly flat and detailed sound just a liiitle bit V shaped response. Totally recommend these as entry hifi and very durable headphones.

I bought these for DJing, to replace a heavily used, 15+-year-old pair of Sony MDR-7506 that finally broke down. I went with these due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews: best DJ headphones ever; been using them for 20 years; dont even bother with anything else; blah, blah, blah. Well...I dont get the hype. These are smallish and light headphones with decent sound. And thats it. As compared to the 7506, I feel that theyre a significant downgrade: A) They feel really plasticy and flimsy. Both are made of plastic of course, but these just leave a much cheaper and less solid overall impression. B) Theyre much, much less comfortable in every way. The headband is smaller and less adjustable, the ear cups are tiny and less padded. And I dont understand the point of the rotating left cup at all. When I am DJing using only one ear cup it moves a bit, and then when I drop the headphones back around my neck they stick out at a weird angle. So Im forced to reach up and push them back into normal position. How does this help? C) Sound quality is not quite as good. Its probably a bit more neutral, which might be good if youre doing music production, but for DJ work I really want bass and richness. MDR-7506 delivers quite well here and these things sound slightly tinny in comparison. D) The cord on the 7506 is much nicer feeling. Soft rubberized spiral there, vs straight and not-quite-flexible-enough plastic on these. E) The 7506 cost 33% less. F) The 7506 include a carrying case. (Very minor, but still.) So all in all, I cant recommend these. Obviously they have their fans; loads of them. As always, YMMV. Im not going to send my pair back at this point. Theyre good enough, and given the build quality I suspect Im not going to get even close to 15 years out of these before some bit breaks -- probably that ridiculous rotating ear cup -- and I buy something else instead. Who knows, maybe at some point Ill stumble upon that hidden element that makes these the best of all time. I can only hope.

currently I own HD25 2 sets, HD668b, Ath pro7x, DT1350, Koss PP, Ksc75, Oneodio studio, Status audio, JVC harx700, srh440, HD558, Koss Dj200 pro, JVC HA-S500, JVC HA-S400, HTF600, AKG240, but HD25 beats them all in sound quality department. Compare to M40x and m50 the bass is very tight, imaging is excellent for the cost of sound stage but treble and clarity is just excellent with good PRAT factor. It is not a very V shaped headphones, and a little bit mid bass hump makes is very fun to listen too. on the ear design makes the seal very tight to achieve good sound. construction is great. I bought 2 pairs last year and both look brand new till now. Its very hard to find another on-ear headphones to upgrade from this headphones, HD25 is just too perfect, but Oneodio studio over the ear offers almost same sound with the expense of maybe 15% sound clarity and it is just below $25. both HD25 and Oneodio pair very well with my Sansa Fuze plus and clip jam very well. They dont need extra power to drive them. for people with lower budget the Oneodio studio less than $25 is a better option.

Absolutely incredible. Words can’t even describe. Produce for over 5 years and have always been looking for some quality headphones that are accurate “sonically”. I can’t always use my KRK monitors and sometimes those don’t even provide a proper bass reference. These are amazing. If you’re like me, you like to study music and figure out all the tricks in a song. These let you truly listen to every layer. Made me go back and listen to all my favorite artist. It’s a whole different experience.. if you’re worried about the price, it’s a great investment just like any gear!!! 100/10
