> 3 dayI have to say Ive owned many sets of headphones and ear buds. As far as higher end ones go Ive owned or have Sennheiser 598cs, Bose Ae2, UE triple-fi 10s and a few other ~$150 UE sets of ear buds. The 600HDs are the best Ive heard, immediately I was blown away. Not in ways I normally am, for instance I am

> 3 dayThese headphones are absolutely marvelous. I use them with an SMSL M6 DAC and amp and they pair really well together. Theyre the first headphones Ive ever used that I truly forget that Im wearing because they are so comfortable. The moderately wide sound stage creates a wonderful listening experience for all types of music, but especially lighter rock, classical, and acoustic performances. That being said, the low end clarity and response pairs well with pop music and hip hop, however if bass and heavy low end is really important to you it may be worth while looking for at the HD650s or some planar magnetic headphones like the hifiman 400 or 500 series.

Greater than one weekHaving owned a pair of HD660s and did not really like it at all, I decided to move down the line in the 6xx lineup and boy I really wish I had gone with the HD600 in the first place and abort the 660s bandwagon back then for its hype. This is the type of sound that I like, clean, neutral, incisive, and with perfect tuning. The HD600 is known as a classic for a reason. I was worried about the bass due to a series of review around internet but let me tell you I have no issue at all with this bass--the quality is great and its not this kind of annoying thumpy, boomy bass that I get from my Bose noise-cancelling headphone. The quantity is sufficient for my use case and do not tire my ears out. Beautiful sound--absolutely a keeper.

> 3 dayI personally like these better than the HD650s. Sound is a little lighter and more musical to my ears. These are very close to the Senn HD800s I own, at about 40% of the cost. If you want to spend less than $1k, I would go with these.

29-09-2024Ive had HD580s for years. They sound terrific. Unfortunately they had a loose connection in the cables from the beginning so I didnt use them much--they sounded fine, but I had to play with the cables and then not move to use them.

> 3 dayIve had my Sennheiser HD600 headphones for 20 years [Amazon, Feb. 2002]. They have outlived 3 desktop headphone amps and every other piece of electronics I have ever owned (except my beloved Sota turntable).

> 3 dayOne of the best headphones in the mid-fi range. Well rounded with a slight sub bass roll off. Not meant for bass heads.

> 3 dayIve owned for a couple of months now and they are holding up much better than any other headphones Ive used. I have a huge head and they are very comfortable and I regularly wear them for 8+ hours at a time with only short breaks. Most other headbands tend to get stretched out due to the size of my head but these feel like I just bought them still.

> 3 dayDefinitivamente una experiencia única escuchar este audífono por primera vez, la claridad es sublime y los timbres de las voces y los instrumentos sumamente precisos, ni nuevo audífono favorito, y sin duda se quedara en ese lugar un largo tiempo.

> 3 dayBest sounding headphones I have ever held. They dont have noise cancelling. So I wouldnt use them on a flight. Id recommend them to somebody who loves music and wants to hear each instrument individually. They are by far the best headphones for experiencing music and I dont believe I could return to my old pair.
