Sennheiser HD 600 - Audiophile Hi-Res Open Back Dynamic Headphone

The Sennheiser HD 600 Headphones are awesome. I still have the HD590 and they were very good, but the 600 is the absolutely must have.

Great quality, and the fact that I can still hear other conversations around me with both cups over my ears, was really surprising.

Seriously amazing sounding. Only worth the price if youre really into listening to a lot of at least 320kbps audio (or uncompressed), or producing music yourself. I will say that after a couple years I have had to replace the cable as it started losing connection (it is easily replacable, but does cost $30-$40 bucks), but I dont think that warrants it losing any stars. As its on sale for $435 CDN right now, I think thats a steal.

The Sennheiser HD 600 is a audiophile class reference headset. It has been in production for several years and has been very well received by professional audiophile magazine reviews and customers who own the headphones.

Delightful! I chanced upon Brookos Reviews at head-fi.org. He wrote a very thorough article on his comparison of the Sennheiser HD600 and HD650. This was very helpful. I spent more on these headphones than planned, but Im glad I did.

Its a Sennheiser and it performs like one. Great fit, great sound, cable is nice (braided would be better). Absolutely no complaints.

This is by far the best headphone I have used. Base is a little bit lean but ok for me. Mid and Treble are wonderful. I probably will stop buying new headphone for a while.

Great headphones for sound quality but know they are open back so you will not have noise cancellation. And there is a lot of sound bleed thru so if you have a mic too close it will pick up the sounds from the headset. Otherwise great company with great products would buy again.
