> 3 dayFirst off, the sound. These have a very flat frequency response, meaning that the headphones do not really color the sound much. There isnt a ton of added bass or treble, and everything just feels very balanced. The downside to this is that good music sounds really good and bad music sounds really bad. The soundstage is not very wide and the imaging isnt perfect, but they have a good amount of detail for the price. I quite like this sound signature, but if youre used to fun sounding headphones, you might want to look elsewhere.

> 3 dayIt feels like for the first time I am listening to music as the artist intended. The value of these headphones certainly surpasses the price tag as far as sound quality is concerned.

> 3 dayIve had this product for at least 7 months and it was working great until recently. Now when I watch videos on it it makes an annoying static sound which is very dissapointing for the brand sennheiser.

> 3 dayI selected these headphones over some others, the one selling point was the long (3m) cord. Well, the item I got is in fact the headphones I ordered, but unfortunately, they have only a 2m long cord. Will I return them, no since I do have an extension and they do sound excellent. But, it is disappointing that the product description has not been updated to reflect the new cord length.

Greater than one weekThese are really nice headphones and the sound quality is outstanding. I have a large head and they sit a little tighter than my much-used HD518s. This will get better with time as the plastic expands and can be stretched a little. Like the 518s, the cord is removable and it locks into place. Just a slight turn to the left will unlock it. It comes standard with a regular large phono jack and 3.5mm adapter. I may invest in a few extra cords so I can use the set on multiple devices. Overall, Im very pleased with the value and quality.

> 3 dayJust received it, and the contents in the box are strange??? The wire is WAY too long, with unnecessary parts to it. And it’s too tight around my head. I got a severe headache after wearing it for one minute. It’s disappointing how much of a letdown this was, with all these reviews praising it…I’m not an audiophile or anything, but this was the worst pair of headphones I’ve ever bought
