As a 20-year it pro, Ive always trusted Seagate with my storage and this is another winner from them. It fits perfectly into your PS5 and is BLAZING fast!

It come with the heatsink and the hardest part about installing it is getting the cover off the PS5

I have some WD ssds and some Samsungs all high-end and they are great but the Seagate FireCuda RUNS rings around them and apparently works on PCIe 3.0 also. Put in an M.2 slot with Ryzen 9 CPU on a $90 AMD Asus mother board B450M with only PCIe 3.0 and got a Passmark score of would you believe 35,361 beating the published Passmark top scores. As this is a new computer that will do high level work we pushed the computer and the SSD very hard and it passed all tests. ( office use! ). This is based on 3 days of owing it so this is a first impression only! Recommended.

Schon seit paar Wochen im Einsatz. Einrichtung hat ohne Probleme geklappt. Die SSD ist sehr schnell und damit auch genau passend für die PS5. Ich kann jedem die Variante mit Kühlkörper empfehlen, da die SSD damit auch gut gekühlt wird.

Really decent ssd for Ps5. After reformatting it. I got really good read and write speeds.

This works as described so far so good. It was easy to install, easy to setup and runs very fast on my new computer. I have been a fan of seagate for a long time and used their hardrives in many of my computers. Glad i found this one as it was much much cheaper for the storage space compared to other brands and the speed is outstanding.

Works great. Copied data over from the in built (maxed out) PS5 internal storage to the new expansion slot so quickly. Then hooked up my PS4 with an Ethernet cable and copied everything over as well. Have now retired the PS4.
