Overall love the monitor very smooth 165hz but only issue are 3 dead pixels but I didn’t even notice them at first until I was on a all white screen so it’s not that big of a deal to me monitor is still perfect otherwise.

Update: I have now purchased a second one to match. Worth it! Original review: I am amazed at the difference moving from a 60hz ms response monitor. This monitor is the best value for the price. Wow. I can’t stop just moving windows around to see the difference in the two monitors I have. Gaming and watching movies on this is buttery smooth. I did not use the stand and mounted it to a dual monitor arm. I was shocked to see how thin the bezel is on this. Just amazing all around. Color, sharpness, speed.

I unboxed the monitor and first thing i realized was something jiggling inside the monitor. I didnt put put it together yet. So when i open the little plastic bags to put the stand together, i also noticed there was a missing screw so from that i figured out that the missing screw is in monitor.. i would have appreciated if there was a heads up at least..

I bought 2 of the Sceptre 1080p, 165Hz 23 displays on September 11th, 2020. On November 4th, 2020 one of them suddenly developed two vertical dead pixel lines across the display, and there are visibly different color shades in rectangles around the lines of dead pixels. The dead pixels show up across the Sceptre logo when the screen is first powered on, as well. I will now be putting Sceptres support and RMA process to the test. One other thing to note is that the buttons on the display are along the right edge and on the back of the display. This means for any dual-monitor users out there that you cant reach them when the screen is right up against another screen. This is an incredibly poor design choice, especially for a gaming screen as gamers are much more likely to have two displays vs casual desktop users.

At first when purchasing SCEPTRE monitors, they were not a well-known brand for their monitors compared to other brands. However, after my first two monitors were a great experience, I decided to have my entire setup be all-SCEPTRE monitors! The refresh rate of 165hz is an amazing contrast to the maximum 75hz that I have experienced previously, and personally there is no turning back for me when it comes to monitor refresh rate. Good build quality, but the speakers are lacking as all monitor built-in speakers do, so dont expect to use these daily for audio content. Works well with my NB Monitor stands.

Lo recibí hace pocos días, funciona muy bien y espero que lo haga durante un buen tiempo. El problema es que en las descripciones del producto declaran un peso de 6.10 lb pero no dicen el peso total ni el volumen con el empaque, aún más considerando que en Amazon se compra desde otros países; esto me ocasionó un problema con el valor del envío a mi país pues además hubo que hacerle un empaque adicional de protección y el peso llegó a 22.77 lb, por esto resultó extremadamente caro el envío. Espero sean más cuidadosos al editar las especificaciones del producto en general.

Tbh I did not know what to expect from a 144hz monitor under $200. At first i was like,oh a 144hz monitor under 200 shouldnt be that great, but MAN WAS I WRONG. This display is truly the best ive seen in quite a while and also has some great features built inside. The buttons as usual to navigate through the menu but overall not bad.It has 3 HDMI ports up to 144hz and a DP for up to 165 which is honestly pretty impressive if you ask me. With Freesync its pretty cool but for me Im running Nvidia so i cant get that feature. DARN IT. Nah but overall a really good monitor for its price,right now its currently not available for the 24 inch model but if you ever see this monitor for sale again, YOU NEED TO GET IT BECAUSE IT WONT DISAPPOINT YOU NO MATTER WHAT. It also has speakers in the back but theyre k if you ask me wouldnt blow you out of the water but like lets be honest would anyone expect great speakers from a monitor? Cause that would be a whole different story.

Great for gaming laptops or pcs give the most it can give out of everything good colors nice response time as it is 1 ms and overall nice monitor worth every penny and very affordable.

Actually a really good thin/compact monitor for 170$, would recommend to anyone trying to decide between a 144hz or 165hz. The response time isnt as fast as my new monitor, but honestly people who arent trying to go pro wont notice a difference in response time. The colors are great, actually looks slightly better than my 240hz alienware, but thats just my opinion. Great Viewing Angles. Currently Using it as a secondary monitor for video editing and movie watching. Great for games like, Warzone, Valorant, CSGO, League of Legends, Fortnite, Apex Legends, GTA, etc. Cons: I think this monitor is too bright with a white background, idk Backlight Bleed IPS Glow Glare if facing the Sun speakers arent good terrible in a dark room (get a lamp to fix this issue)

This monitor is gorgeous to look at and performs wonderfully. The only issue I have is the support seems to be a little precarious. The unit can be pushed to tip forward with very little force. It you have furry children who walk around on your desk, you could easily end up with this unit screen down. A quick answer if to make sure the back leg is secured somehow. The long answer is for Sceptre to engineer future versions with a more stable base.
