Monitor is good, but Im not sure if its $280 good. The lacking level of color range seems like this would be unideal to anyone playing an aesthetic heavy game. This is an understandable compromise, but Im not sure it thats a reasonable compromise considering the $280 price tag. I considered returning this monitor over this issue, but I would rather not go through the hassle and potential shipping and restocking fee. Pro: + Physical aesthetics are pleasing + Picture quality is good + Minimal apparent lag + No notable motion blur (so far, still testing) Neutral ~ Monitor audio is rather quiet. The number of people who care about this is probably extremely low ~ DVI 1.2, HDMI 2.0, only comes with a DVI cable ~ Power cable is really short, which is a slight annoyance if you are trying to route the power cable down a specific path for cable management ~ There is an option to set user configurations. A welcome addition would be to allow a few user profiles for different user profiles Con: - Menu is awkward and slighly annoying to navigate - Picture configuration range seems limited compared to my TV. I had to max or nearly max several settings for a particular aesthetic console game to get the color vividness I was expecting.

Ive owned this exact monitor model/ size for the past year and I bought the second one when I noticed it was on sale and looking to upgrade to dual monitor . Its been an extremely reliable monitor and Ive had no issues with it once during the time Ive put into it. I feel like for the price and it being 165 hz its unbeatable . (dont beat up on the cable management I know its garbage)

This is definitely the best monitor I have ever had, and it has brought me a very smooth and enjoyable experience. The monitor is definitely made of good quality material, and the port selection in the back is very decent. The screen does get pretty bright in my opinion, and picture quality is beautiful and clear. To add, the 165hz and 1 ms response time is a very nice novelty, and all my games have been buttery smooth. Overall, great monitor for the money and I would recommend to anyone looking for a decent monitor that is not overpriced.

I hardly have any qualms with this monitor. But three things that might be a deal breaker for you. Cons 1) The mount is a bit wobbly even when screwed in tightly 2) Back light bleed 3) Dead pixel(s) so far I only have one dead pixel and it isn’t all that bothersome but if continues to deteriorate I do plan on updating this review. Pros 1) Solid price point 2) Clean minimal bezels 3) 165hz 4) auto shut off feature when not in use (I play PS4) 5) No input lag 6) Image quality is great

This is a great gaming monitor. But the shipping sucked. When I received this package, it wasn’t in a separate box. It was just the normal monitor packaging. And it had a damaged box that my Usps has noted. Luckily it wasn’t damaged. Sure, amazon has 100% guaranteed refunds. But what I hassle that would have been. I needed it the same day I received it, and luckily got to use it. But fyi to the shipper, you should really add this to another box with protective lining.

These monitors are so good, I have 2 of them. The Positives: The low profile bezel. This makes the transition between multiple of these monitors very seamless. The monitor settings menu is very easy to navigate and adjust quickly Color quality and brightness have not faded over the 2 years I have been using my monitors. There is no light blur like you would get with LED monitors IPS color sharpness is a known feature and this monitor lives up to the hype. The negatives: Viewing the monitor at an angle is dimmer than other monitors. The monitor has to be facing you for the best experience. I often use my secondary for opening reference so I dont always look at it head on. Despite the small edge profile, its not completely edge to edge. There is about a 3mm thick border.

I got the monitor and at the beginning the quality (resolution) was superb I was very happy and excited to have it especially because I work doing animations, but after a period of 3 weeks the kind of image started to blur, my graphics card drivers were up to date, nothing had been changed or modified in my computer at all (a desktop PC with win 10 Home edition), but the blurriness went away, the same behavior happened a couple of times, until I decided to return the item for a refund. I cant work with an item that starts off good then goes bad after a couple of weeks, I would not recommend to get it, Sceptrehas somehow lowered the quality of their products.

Lo recibí hace pocos días, funciona muy bien y espero que lo haga durante un buen tiempo. El problema es que en las descripciones del producto declaran un peso de 6.10 lb pero no dicen el peso total ni el volumen con el empaque, aún más considerando que en Amazon se compra desde otros países; esto me ocasionó un problema con el valor del envío a mi país pues además hubo que hacerle un empaque adicional de protección y el peso llegó a 22.77 lb, por esto resultó extremadamente caro el envío. Espero sean más cuidadosos al editar las especificaciones del producto en general.

Have two of these monitors and I love them. First IPS monitors ive own after coming from 22 TN panels (couldnt stand the poor viewing angles). They are very nice displays with nice stands (though I have mine mounted with the included VESA). Super thin and light monitors. Had a sceptre monitor like 15 years ago and forgot about the brand complete until I was in the market for a new displays. I feel like for a monitor of this size, with an IPS display and 144hz, i dont think you can find a better deal. And as far as Im concerned, they are truly borderless, and look beautiful mounted side by side, almost seamless screen to screen. The one annoyance i have is that when the monitor is on, but not receiving a signal, the power indicator light flashes on and off with a blue light. This really only annoys me because my monitors are set up in my bedroom, and this is super annoying when I try to sleep (I can sleep in a brightly lit room, but a repetitive flashing kills me). This is minor however as if you click the power button it switches to a solid red light.
