24-09-2024Been a truck driver for years and had many high priced headsets. This one is far better than my last one and def recommend to anyone in need. My rig is very noisy and mo one complains about the background noise anymore. Sound quality is plenty loud and easy to change volume. Love the auto off when not in use. Good battery saver.

> 3 dayI bought a headset and received a scratch off card that said I won free headset. I followed instructions and emailed seller and no response just as other reviewers mentioned. I make calls all day for work and use it and its a great headset. I even bought one for my husband who is an OTR driver and the noise cancelling is great. He even sent the link to two guys at work who then purchased. I will not recommend this headset to be purchased from this seller again due to lack of customer service and I did find another seller who sells the same headset so I will recommend them for any future purchases.
How to pair 2 devices at the same time:
Step 1: Press and hold the power button for 6-7 seconds to power on, you can see the indicator light flashing red and blue alternately. At this time, turn on the Bluetooth on your first device, find "KH-23" and click to connect. The indicator will turn blue when connected.
Step2: After connected to the first device, turn off the Bluetooth of your first device, and then the Bluetooth headset will enters the pairing status automatically. Turn on the Bluetooth on your second device, search "KH-23" and click to connect.
Step3: After connected with second device, turn on the Bluetooth on you first device, search "KH-23" and click to connect. Now the Bluetooth headset is connecting with 2 devices.

Q: How to reconnect and operation when failed to reconnect？
A: When KH-23 is connected with your cell phone successfully once, it will reconnect to the paired device automatically when power on. If failed, please connect it manually: Press and hold the MFB for 5-7 seconds to enter into pairing mode, then click and connect KH-23 on the Bluetooth list on your cell phone.
Q: How to pair the Bluetooth headset to computer?
