I am using it primarily with Vonage virtual phone. Everything works fine. No lag, voice is clear both ways. Satisfied.

These types have great battery life had one for a year and I have bought them for my family. Ill keep buying these regardless of anything.

So I got this set for my stepdad…. And believe me when I say, it’s the best he’s ever had and he’s been through alot of headsets… It keeps charge for a week (not kidding) and he’s always using it.. I’m not disappointed with this purchase and will definitely purchase again..

After using it a few days, even though the instructions tell you everything of what functions it has it will take some time to get used to it. The sound quality is low, but direct in your ear. The music level is basic also the headphones unit that sits on your head, kind of irritate you if it’s not padded like the ear portion does. Overall, the purpose was to use it for conversation and noise, cancellation, and it does that.

I bought this for my husband who is a trucker. He loves it, it works as good or better than other similar headsets at half the price.

Will not hold a charge for 12 hours, much less the 60 hours claimed by the seller.

I have purchased several wireless headsets to use for call center work that is wireless because I need to be able to move from time to time. None of the wireless headsets were dependable. I came across this headset and I am beyond impressed!! Goes to show in this world you can still buy affordable and also get a reliable product. The headset holds a charge throughout my entire shift, does not disconnect, I can clearly hear others and they can hear me. You will not be let down if you need a wireless headset look no further this is an incredible product!
