I make calls all day for work and use it and its a great headset. I even bought one for my husband who is an OTR driver and the noise cancelling is great. He even sent the link to two guys at work who then purchased. I will not recommend this headset to be purchased from this seller again due to lack of customer service and I did find another seller who sells the same headset so I will recommend them for any future purchases.

Well I found this headset that it’s meant for truck drivers and I see why. They have everything I was looking for. Plus the battery life on it lasts forever. I use it for about 4 hours and sometimes through out the day. People hear me just fine and I can hear them too. My kids are in the background watching tv or screaming and they don’t hear them. If they do, very little. They connected very easily with my iPhone it also supports Siri. You can play music if you want to, it has volume settings. The range is also very good I’m always moving from different locations at my office or at home and my phone still is connected with no issues. If you are looking for something cheap and reliable this is it.

How to pair 2 devices at the same time:
Step 1: Press and hold the power button for 6-7 seconds to power on, you can see the indicator light flashing red and blue alternately. At this time, turn on the Bluetooth on your first device, find "KH-23" and click to connect. The indicator will turn blue when connected.
Step2: After connected to the first device, turn off the Bluetooth of your first device, and then the Bluetooth headset will enters the pairing status automatically. Turn on the Bluetooth on your second device, search "KH-23" and click to connect.
Step3: After connected with second device, turn on the Bluetooth on you first device, search "KH-23" and click to connect. Now the Bluetooth headset is connecting with 2 devices.

A: When KH-23 is connected with your cell phone successfully once, it will reconnect to the paired device automatically when power on. If failed, please connect it manually: Press and hold the MFB for 5-7 seconds to enter into pairing mode, then click and connect KH-23 on the Bluetooth list on your cell phone.
