> 3 dayDa ich sehr viel Fotografiere aber mein Laptop nicht sehr viel Kapazität hat, habe ich mir den SanDisk Extreme SSD gekauft. Die Schreibleistung ist wirklich zufriedenstellend. Optisch sieht das teil sehr gut aus, man kann es sogar ans Schlüsselbund befestigen. Es ist rundum Gummiert, einen leiten Fall überlebt es bestimmt. man kann es überall mitnehem und hat dabei ein backup von 500GB. Sehr schön finde ich die Security app die mit auf dem Speicher ist. somit kann man alle Daten auf dem SanDisk Passwort sichern. Das ist sehr gut bei Verlust oder wenn es gestohlen wird.

29-09-2024I live the size and speed of this very portable external disk. It is rugged and extremely fast over USB-C. I use it all the time to move photos off my MacBook Pro. The only down side was the original formatting which was unstable as ExFat and nearly cost me some files. The original format would allow it to go between Mac and Windows machines but I had no need of that ability so i reformatted it to Mac OS Extended (Journaled) format. That has been steady and can be repaired by Disk Warrior if the directory goes bad. One thing to be extra careful of is to eject the drive in the operating system before physically removing it. It reacts badly to being removed before being ejected. Other than this sensitivity, it’s a superb high-speed Drive.

> 3 dayThis thing is one-third the size of a Samsung Note 5. It comes with an adapter that allows you to use a USB type A (1st to 3rd gen) to connect to older pcs. Its own native connector is a USB type C, which is great, so you dont have to worry about connecting it the right way (either side will connect to the pc that has a USB-C port). The only thing that could be improved on this hard drive is the interface cord. It should be integrated into the body. After using it today, I lost the cord. But so far, it works as expected and it is fast.

> 3 dayBei der kleinsten Berührung oder Bewegung von Kabel oder SSD wird die SSD ausgeworfen. Das macht die ganze Sache extrem mühsam bis unbrauchbar. Schade! Wenn man einer portablen(!) Festplatte schon ein Kabel beilegt, dann sollte man auch darauf achten, dass man sie dadurch nicht wie ein rohes Ei behandeln muss.

> 3 dayFirst, I want to say that this drive is extremely fast. I have both the Samsung T5 and this SanDisk Extreme and even though the top speed of the T5 is a little faster, it’s not very noticeable. I edit 4K footage off of my external drives and this performs very well.
