Worked like a dream

An OK speed drive but nor reliable. without any notice the drive is no longer recognized by my laptop, or it says its attached but is not recognized as a drive with a letter i.e. F:

I needed to find a good SSD to complement the Mac mini that I recently purchased (with only a 256 GB SSD). This fits the bill. I partitioned it to have one 200 GB HFS+ partition for Time Machine, and one 800 GB APFS partition (divided into four volumes) for supplemental storage space.

I dont like sw which should protect files

Those people who need to open the files real quick and transfer as fast as that, this is a perfect product. Though it seems costlier, it worth it.

Veramente ottimo

I just got this, and for now it seems to work ok, but I just tried to register it on the sandisk website, and no go. First of all the serial no. is absolutely miniscule, and is in mid-grey on a dark grey background. I couldnt even see where it was with the naked eye, and was unable to see it in detail with a magnifying glass. It needed my headband magnifier at 3x mag to do it. Then when I put the number in the registration information box it told me that that number did not match the product, but it definitely did. Not a good start.
