> 3 dayBecause these are Solid State (SSD) they are much less likely to as opposed to spinning disks, they are not prone to damage from bumps and small drops when in use like old fashion hard drives. They have been very reliable when small and light is required. I use these when I travel and when on the road.

> 3 dayIve used 2 Samsung T5s and they were great. So why not go up to a T7. This thing had trouble being detected by my PC to even download any of the footage, it overheats constantly stopping me from filming things after 10 minutes, the videos arent detected when the SSD is detected, and when I finally get them uploaded they have red and black bars all over them despite I have the correct Blackmagic plugin. I never had these issues with the T5.

Greater than one weekIve got a couple of them in 1TB format (blue and grey), they are tiny and light, and work great. No issues connecting (both Mac and Windows) and performance via USB-C is fabulous for music or watching movies. They can get a little warm, but not too hot. Once the 2TB price comes to the $100-threshold Ill be upgrading again.
