> 3 dayMy husband bought me a laptop for gaming, but after the OS updates (yay windows), I had enough room for 2 games. With this very portable (its pocket sized!) external hard drive, I can play Skyrim, Witcher III, Fallout 4, Fallout New Vegas, etc, any time, and I still have room for more games (what to download next?!?!). Very happy with this device, might get another if I ever fill this one up.

> 3 dayI purchased this for my macbook pro solely for Native Instruments plugins and sample libraries, it can fit pretty much everything from Komplete 13 ultimate in there (still need almost twice the storage before install though, for the one click install all and wait. so you may want the 2tb version if its within your budget)

> 3 dayI bought this without seeing the dimensions. I was expecting it to be similar in size to a 2.5 laptop drive and was pleasantly surprised to see something the size of a pack of Extra gum. Very fast transfer speeds, and lots of space. Just have to figure out how to not lose it. :D

Greater than one weekIve worked in IT and done home projects for decades and Ive always had need for lot of extra storage. In the past, that storage has been traditional external HDs... that eventually failed. (The dreaded click click click.) Solid State changes the game for me. This thing is FAST. Sleek. More than reasonably priced. I feel less anxiety over data loss now. And as the tech improves, and prices come down even more, and capacities go up... yeah. Definite game changer.

> 3 dayMy 2015 iMac serves me well but when on tech support for another issue the representative told me the 1TB fusion drive is failure prone and in fact most last only about 3 years or so. And Apple does not replace hard drives in such an old computer. So Im faced with having to buy a whole new computer. A new one comparable to the one I have is about $2,800. Yikes! So when I saw this external SSD I thought lets give it a try. So I bought it from amazon, formatted it with APFS and transferred everything from the internal drive to the Samsung. Now the computer runs off this physically tiny external drive and has been running perfectly for a couple of weeks now. Dont know yet how it will be for the long haul but there are no moving parts, so it should last longer than a spinning disk. Problem solved. And for less than 5% of what a new computer would cost!

> 3 dayVi que era pequeño, pero no creí que tanto! Es muy pequeño que me sorprende que tenga tanta capacidad y sea tan rápido. Cabe en cualquier parte. Por $1500 que me costó, me compraría otro si lo necesitará sin ninguna duda.
