    I own the T5 and decided to give this a try as it is supposedly faster. So I ordered the 2TB non-fingerprint model in red. What I noticed first is that this drive is slow to power up. It takes closed to 30 seconds from when Windows 10 detects the plug to when you can actually use the drive. The drive also sometimes disconnects.

    I purchased this drive for booting my old iMac, which has a HDD installed. I connect it through a USB 3.0 port, and the performance is amazing! The reading and writing speed is approximately 400MB/s, which is nearly the max bandwidth of USB3.0. This drive is light and portable, with minimum heat and fast speed. I highly recommend this device.

    I noticed after awhile using it. When I transfer a large amount of data, surely it gets hot but the data transfer rate drop dramatically.
