> 3 dayI made this purchase based upon Samsung’s excellent reputation for quality. Upon receiving the drive I attempted to transfer a 2 GB video file from my laptop using the included USB-C to USB-C cable. The transfer was expected to take 26 hours! Using an 8 GB USB-A thumb drive the same file can be transferred in less than 4 minutes. I cannot recommend this SSD backup drive. 2 stars because I liked the design.

Greater than one weeksize is of a credit card almost. Worked on both Samsung phone to backup my phone and worked fine with my surface laptop. The app sucks however I didnt need to use it to store stuff on the drive. The sad drive works without any app just like any other drive

> 3 dayI have a computer from 2015, and I bought this to keep all of my music and pictures backed up. Needless to say, I think this device was held back by my computer and I was still able to transfer 82GB in about 12 minutes. Ive never had anything like it, Im impressed! Would recommend.
