> 3 dayI purchased 2 of these drives. One is installed into my desktop PC and the other on my xbox console. They are easy to install and I have no complaints about them.

> 3 dayI have the prior 850 in my laptop. My wife was complaining about how slow hers was, and I saw the 860 for under $70! Installed in about 1.5 hrs after cloning her existing hard drive. Works great. Blinding fast.

Greater than one weekThis was my 2ed EVO 500 GB to use. Put this in a build I did for my Mom and one in my gaming PC. It is a great ssd. Bought because of the reviews and the Samsung brand and Ive been supper happy with it. Other then needing more space this is a perfect drive and would be great if used as a ssd, hard drive combo. Been very reliable...

> 3 dayWorks great on my MBP 2009, helped bring it back to life. I was able to copy my HDD through disk utility to the Samsung EVO. Then I installed the SSD on the MBP and it worked! Look for YouTube videos for more details. The SSD was so much lighter than the Toshiba HDD that came with the laptop. Should have done this sooner. Only Day 2 so far, but working fine on this 11 year old laptop.

> 3 dayI had an old laptop that needed a new hard drive. The new SSD hard drive works perfectly. The SSD is basically plug and play, but because my machine was older I had to do a little fiddling around to get it to work. But I’ve had it several months now and no problems at all.

> 3 dayBuilt well and seems rugged. This crazy little machine can hold a ton of music, movies or the entire worlds literature in a single word document(restrictions apply). Dont let all those photos of dirty magazines burn out! GET A NEW SAMSUNG SSD AND KEEP this naughty things all to youself!

> 3 dayI had purchased two of these drives to use in a RAID 1 configuration in my Dell T5600 with a PERC 710 RAID controller. After initializing the drives, I found they would not make a RAID 1 boot drive. Since the 2 TB Samsung drive is a slightly different size than my existing 2 TB WD hard drives, I could not use the rebuild function. So, I tried to make a drive that had a bootable copy of my existing drives in their RAID 1 configuration. Then I figured I would put that drive in the PC, and put the other Samsung drive in and then let the first drive rebuild the second drive. But, since it is not possible to create the first bootable copy, that was not possible. I called Samsung and their response was that they do not support RAID.
