I purchased this drive based on years of experience with Samsung SSDs and was not disappointed. This drive is installed as the boot drive in my new rackmount server. Its fast and runs cool which were my two main requirements. It comes in multiple sizes but since this only houses the OS for my server, the 250gb drive was appropriate.

I have to replace the old hard drive in my new (to me) computer and I decided to go with an SSD rather than a hard drive. I have never seen a computer run so fast before. For the price, this SSD is totally worth it.

If you have a gaming laptop with a mechanical drive, this will make everything so much better! Turns the average PC from lame to great! One of the most cost-effective upgrades to a computer is the replacement of the hard drive. If this works for your application, it is a solid performer.

Let me tell you--from a PC that normally would take about 40 seconds to a minute to boot up to the lock screen, this new SSD now gets my PC running in two seconds. Gaming feels beautiful and seamless, and even surfing the web is easier too. Downloading and installing anything goes at least 3 times faster.

Great SSD drive! I’ve been waiting to upgrade my mid level gaming PCs Hard drive for a while now. It was very easy to clone my old Seagate Barracuda drive using the Samsung Software. You have to go to the Samsung website to download it but it was easy to find and quick to download.

Easy install. Transfer of system requires usb adapter that is easily obtained. Works well. Revitalized an older laptop with a failing hard drive.

My local independent Apple repair company recommended installing this in my wifes iMac in order to speed it up. It was very successful in that regard. I cant speak for ease of installation because I brought it to them and let them do it and copy over the data, but overall Im happy with the product.

This simple and easy upgrade made my mid 2012 MacBook non-retina feel modern again. Unbelievable how fast it now loads apps and so forth. Definitely worth the upgrade. So far everything seems to be working fine. I hope it last for awhile.
