Integron Technologies, Miami, FL., sent a defective Samsung Tablet. The speakers crackled all the time. Tablet was immediately returned in less than a week. I spent $744 for the Tablet, had to pay postage to return Tablet to Integron, Integron charged a fee for the returned item and I received a $603 refund. Very EXPENSIVE and will NEVER buy anything from Integron Again.

Love this tablet. Havent even begun to get in to all the things it can do. Apps have improved greatly since the last time I used an android product. I was an avid ipad user but I was sent the wrong one at Christmas (32gb) and was unable to get the 128gb so I thought I would try this. So glad I did. Best part is you can add memory to it! Would definitely recommend this tablet! It was shipped fast and well packaged.

The tablet box may have been opened but it looked brand new and still had clear plastic protection around the edges. I am very satisfied with my purchase! Buy used or open-box through amazon!

This replaced a 10.1 Samsung Galaxy Tab A, so the much larger, higher resolution screen is a joy to use. I do not find that it is too heavy as it usually sits on my lap while I am watching TV. I have noted that the large, brilliant 12.4 screen eats the battery more quickly, but that has not been an issue so far. I did buy the 256GB model so I no longer get messages about running out of memory like I did on the 10.1 Tab A. It also has the benefit of having 8GB of RAM. All in all I really like this tablet.

Good size for me, easy to hold when reading. I do not get the blurred vision when I read for long periods that I get from an AMOLED screen (one of those, that why moments) The pen gets in the way and gets removed (knocked off) and consequently misplaced. But this was remedied with the keyboard case.
