I suppose reading the instructions would have come in handy, but I misplaced them almost immediately. Happily, there are videos available online that teach. Now, that I know how to use the product, Im very happy with it.

> 3 dayI like it; it is great. Needs more apps designer for it, but it performs well, and it is easy to use. The screen is AMAZING. It would help if you watched a full review before buying, so make sure it does what you need it to do if it does, buy it because the quality and performance are there.

> 3 dayWhat can I say, it is better than the Google pixel slate that I had. I like the pen. But, this is supposed to be 12.3 screen, but isnt nearly as big as the 12 IPAD that I had. It processes stuff differently, so I am still trying to figure some things out. But since I wont use Apple products anymore, Ill just have to make do.

> 3 dayThis tablet has a terrible battery. It crapped out wright outside the window of when to return the tablet to Amazon and as far as being under warranty it would take forever to get it back from repair from Samsung so I took it to my local guy to fix it.
