Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus, True Wireless Earbuds Bluetooth 5.0 (Wireless Charging Case Included), Black – US Version

These are my first earbuds and wireless earphones so I did not have any real reference but Im glad I went with these as my starting point.

I exercise every day and use them to play my podcasts. They do the job!

Amazing battery life, sounds amazing, awesome application, perfect for work or personal use would recommend to anyone!!!

These things are awesome I bought them the left one didnt come charged no big deal the ambient feature is awesome they connect really fast I would recommend these

These things live in my ears. Sound quality is out of this world. I work near a freeway and these cancel plans noice. When my husband is being annoying, I pop these in with my favorite 90s playlist and am happy as a clam. Battery lasts 2 days. I’d say 1 Plus hours of continually play. Highly Recommend these bad boys.

At first I thought it was possibly debris or wax building up in the earpiece. But I noticed one day that when my phone restarted while I was using my earbuds, the volume in the left earpiece suddenly diminished to half. There is absolutely no way to correct this unfortunately. Very disappointed with this product. Try to factory reset, draining the batteries to zero, pairing with a completely different device like a desktop computer, cleaning with a wax removing solvent just in case, and nothing works. The first time this happened it was right after a software update, the second time it happened it was after a phone restart ... It took a month to resolve the issue the first time and I dont want to go through that again. Just steer clear of these ... Reddit is full of this exact complaint.

Advertised to work for 11 hours run-time but mine only last 4.5 hours before needing to recharge. Maybe because I purchased them used through Amazon Marketplace? I guess sometimes its worth it just to cough up the extra $40 for a new pair.

I didnt care for these buds. After so much hype & anticipation, I was really disappointed by these buds. I bought them for running, but could only hear my footfalls, regardless of which size bud was in my ear. I did use them the first day for sitting around, listening to music, taking calls, etc, and they were fine. Good sound quality, the microphone was good enough that others didnt know I was using ear buds, and music sounded pretty good. But, the more I used them, the more uncomfortable they became, plus the incessant footfalls. I returned them for a refund.

SOUND QUALITY: 1 STAR. The sound quality is good, but the latency is terrible. I cant watch videos or play any games on it because the lag of the audio is quite terrible. I dont know if game mode even helps cuz it isnt an option available for non samsung phones.
