I wouldnt pay full price for these, id recommend getting them used/referbished. That way you cant get any earbuds that are better rightnow and id recommend making sure you have the ear bud volume all the way up through the galaxy buds app. They dont explain the fact that the buds and your phone/device have separate volumes.

A bit heavy on your ears, and you get tired of them after an hour. Non discrete. Adapt Sound function is annoying.

In general terms, its a very good product, it has a very good sound and im very strict with this, i love that this products has all the functionalities with all other devices including Windows 10, im talking about the touchPad, the battery of these buds is amazing, i used them for about 3 hours and when i checked the battery, it was at 80%, the thing i dont like is that they are not that confortable, at least for me, i used to have the Airpods the whole night, but in this case as they are IN EAR headphones, are complicated to have them for long periods of time. The case in the other hand looks awesome, but doesnt feel premium considering the price.

If you think the original Buds were good then upgrade to the Buds+...More features and even truer sound - from music and voice.

The first set was defective--the right bud was just dead and would not work at all. The amazing thing was Amazon customer service. I returned the defective pair to my local UPS store in the morning, and to my great surprise, when I arrived home after work, the replacement was already on my porch. Amazon should be renamed Amazing. Seriously! And, these buds are amazing too. The app is simple to use and very versatile. I want good ambient sound for safety reasons, so being able to just dial in the level is super. The sound quality is great too--better bass than I expected. I highly recommend these. Right out of the box, they fit like they were made for me, but they include multiple sizes of silicone parts to accommodate various ears. I am so amazed by both Amazon amazing service and Samsung engineering. Buy them.

Had a set before they got lost. Love Samsung Electronics/ products. These newer versions are even better & I love this red! Comfortable for long periods of time easily portable & the ambient sound works wonderfully!

I lost my left earbud..they fall out too easy..battery life is just okay.
