Great headphones Im really impressed I switched from airpods pro. Comparing them biggest things I noticed was buds had more bass without a doubt but airpods pro got louder. However the volume was my only complaint especially without noise cancelation...however I did find an app for Android called volume booster that makes these painfully loud (200% boost). Personally I think they are more comfortable than airpods and feel more secure. Just to summarize since I got these and the volume booster I havent picked up my airpods 1 time

I ordered a pair that had to be fixed, and so far no complaints. They arrived two days earlier! The sound is good so far, and they fit comfortably once I got the right size of plugs on! I work in a factory, so it is usually very loud in there. So far I found i dont need to turn the volume up as loud not adjust them often.

The speaker on one side failed after about 5 months of light use (average 3 hours per week). Warranty support was a hassle to get, but was able to get a replacement after waiting 2 weeks during which time I had no ear buds.

Great product had for about a year until I accidentally ran over them with my car then bought a second pair.

Ordered refurbished earbuds for business and personal use. When I opened the earbuds to use, the left bud had no sound so I recharged it (see pic). Still no sound so I elected to contact the seller and to my dismay the agent, Kris, refused to EXCHANGE the item twice due to it being after the 30 day period. The item was defective when shipped and thereby not useable which was the point. Each customer situation is unique and should be treated as such and not as a scam. This is a right or wrong situation. Money clearly overrides service here so Buyer BEWARE!!!

Works great. Sound we quality good. Battery life good.

I have both the Apple AirBuds and AirBuds Pro, but they dont stay in my ears. Also, the battery life is terrible.

Awesome ear buds. Amazing battery life. Sound quality and fit are great. Perfect fit in my ear highly recommend.

These are great except that one or the other will just stop working after about a year
