> 3 dayThere is a bad firmware issue right now with those drive, so if youre rocking a Samsung 980 Pro in your gaming PC, its time to update or it might die in front of your eyes. Even worse, if thats your Windows boot drive, your entire system may just one day soon refuse to start.

> 3 daySo this was a super easy install on the playstation 5. I was really surprised that after the format there was a full 2 TB of space. The read speed was almost a full 7k it was just shy of 6.5k. I tested the load time in Elden Ring and it was basically the same I couldnt even say if it was faster or slower than the ps5 stock ssd. Very happy with this drive.

> 3 dayI have to replace my old Samsung 850 Pro NVME. Over four years it served me very well but it was getting old and slowed down my computer. After install new 980 Pro, my computer getting fresh and younger like new blood in the system. Now my computer is blazing fast again! I really like it comes with heat sink so I dont need to add third party heat sink like old one. But I wonder why Fakespot review gave it so low review rate? I saw may times Fakespot review rates are very low for most of Samsung products. I really dont understand.

Greater than one weekIt is testing up to 3,300 MBytes per second, read and write. (Note: bytes not bits.) This is on a twelve year-old I7 gaming computer, kind of low to mid range these days. Total happiness.

Greater than one weekI had one of these in my gaming laptop and it was great. For my more stout gaming rig I went with the rocket q4 because they had slightly better read/write speeds.. and well.. regretted my purchase within 6 or so months. The benchmark speeds from day 1 were awful and no amount of tweaking with their software could fix it. The biggest issue is for whatever reason the MBR kept getting corrupt (sabrent kept saying it was a software problem and not a hardware problem and refused to warranty it) and locked the computer up. That meant every couple weeks or so I needed to reformat the drive, reinstall windows completely from a boot drive (because windows couldnt fix the problem on its own). Which meant i lost all my data as well (mostly games that I had to re-download, and partly because i was lazy and didnt connect my sata backup up, but still frustrating either way). I decided to go with this drive again for the rig and it was night and day different. Benchmarks were way better, faster boot, and havent had to reinstall windows again! Knew I should have went with this to begin with.
