> 3 day70+ hours of debugging software installs only to discover that this drive fails in either of my computers running macOS (High Sierra 10.13.6 for me, but others report same for Mojave 10.14). It just freezes after 10 sec - 45 min. (Doesnt matter if its the boot drive, or even if theres no activity at all on it, by the user that is.) The older, non-Plus (sic) version seems to be rock solid.

> 3 dayI bought the Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB NVMe M.2 Internal SSD (MZ-V7S500/AM) because I was hoping to increase my performance while searching the National Building Code (a 1412-page document) and to reduce my bios boot time. It didnt do much of a difference in the Building Code, but now, instead of waiting 1 minute and 30 seconds for my laptop to boot, I wait about 6 to 30 seconds, depending on whether its updating or whatnot.

Greater than one weekMy first review was taken down due to “following guidelines”. So we’ll try this again. As mentioned before I got the rushed same day delivery. Tracking said it was out for delivery but never came. The next day same thing. Then I get a notification that it was delivered and handed to resident. It was most certainly not handed to me. It was sitting in a bush next to my house. I would normally give the benefit of the doubt but it wasn’t windy and the Amazon driver lied about the drop off.

> 3 dayI have six Samsung SSD ranging from Pro to EVO and QVO. Never had a single problem. They are fast and reliable. Now I purchased my first M2 and again Samsung stands out!! Very fast NVMe and very easy to install. Added a pair of graphene heat disipators and set up a raid 0. No big performance boost on raid, but very fast anyway.
