> 3 dayFini les vieux disques durs mécaniques (5400 et 7200 R.P.M.) Maintenant la technologie est bien présente et cest bien tant mieux. Nous avons maintenant des machines qui tirent en masse, très rapide et les d.d. devaient suivre lévolution de la machine. Nous y sommes et ce produit répond bien à cela. Je recommande ce produit mais attention.... Vérifiez vos cartes maîtresse pour savoir si vous avez la prise M.2. dessus sinon votre achat sera inutile.

> 3 dayWHen my boss was getting me a new work computer I told him, Make sure the C: drive is at LEAST 512GB as Windows is bloatware and we have a lot of data. Did they listen? NOPE! Even though I loaded software on the other dive... the 256GB (yeah, half of what I asked for) was showing RED and Windows was threatening to shut down. Why is it bosses never listen to the field guys? Seriously. Anyway... I got permission to get a larger drive... and thanks to CYBER MONDAY SALES.... I got a 2TB drive. (Evil Grin). Oh I got storage now!!!! And I can even run STEAM and have games loaded. Wait... did I say that out loud??? And... the computer is MUCH faster now with software on the SSD instead of the HDD which cannot match this speed. Yeah... dont think about it... just do it. Im not an IT guy... and I could install it... so can you.

> 3 dayI bought this to replace my 512GB Samsung M.2 drive I purchased for my Lenovo P51 laptop a long time ago. This laptop is nearly 5 years old, and allows PCIe 3.0 x4 devices. So, compared to PCIe 4.0 (or 5.0) systems, theres only so much throughput I could take advantage of. For this part, Samsung claims PCIe 3.0 x4, too ... and it also claims 3500MB/s (read) and 3300MB/s (write) on Intel Core i7-7700K CPU @4.2GHz, DDR4 2400MHz 32GB. On my setup (Xeon E3-1505M @3.0GHz, DDR4 1200MHz), Crystal DiskMark reports 3254MB/s and 3147MB/s. Id say the part lives up to its advertising. I was concerned about the SSDs heat output, especially considering the age of the laptop. It seems to be running cool and without incident. Im toying with the idea of buying another one of these to replace my other old 512GB Samsung. I dont need it, but I want it ... for $200, can I justify it? Maybe ... if I find $200 on the sidewalk, Id definitely buy a second one. :)

> 3 dayThis was a perfect upgrade for my Dell Inspiron. Paid $800 for a laptop with tons of storage space but a very slow HDD. Was about ready to throw the laptop away with how long it took to start up and open programs. Stuck this baby in with some help from Youtube and it is a new computer. Was able to run Windows on this but leave the HDD in for storage, best of both worlds. Very worthwhile upgrade!
