Initialized as APFS in an external enclosure. Worked great but only the one time. Then it never mounted again.

Solid heatsync and seems to be great for using the excess air off of the fan to keep the m.2 cooled.

Got this to replace my laptops 1TB drive as it was full, using downloaded drive cloning software it was easy to clone my old drive C drive and backup drives on partitions of that drive, then expand the C drive partition adding the extra gig, then replace the one in my laptop with this, and my laptop now not only has more room but boots faster too, as its a faster drive than the built in one. Very highly recommended if like me youre a gamer or just plainly someone who needs more drive space!

Installation was a breeze. Installed the SSD and placed the Heatsink in.. easy as that. Fits like a glove. One of the best purchases for PS5 console.

Its amazing for sabrent m.2 temperature around 40-42 much better than Samsung 970 evo plus temperature at 47-52. Awesome speed! Loving it....

they fail to show how thick it is and is not good if you have a pre installed heat sink
