This SSD is perfect as additional storage in the PS5. Pair it with the Sabrent PS5 heatsink for the perfect combination (other heatsinks work, but putting the plate back on increases the heat, whereas the Sabrent PS5 one replaces that plate, leading to the most efficient cooling possible on the console).

I obviously won’t know the long term results, as I just got this yesterday, but it is working at blazingly fast speeds in my PS5! I think it registered at 6556 when I plugged it in. Just as fast if not faster then internal ssd. Bought an $8 heatsink on Amazon, MHQRJ, and it fits perfectly. Really happy with my purchase!

Un dissipateur qui se place à la place du cache fermant le compartiment ssd de la ps5, cest une idée de génie. Du coup, en épousant en plus parfaitement la forme du compartiment, on a une meilleure évacuation de lair chaud car le dissipateur nest donc pas enfermé. Le résultat est incomparable avec la concurrence. Pour quelques euros de plus que pour des dissipateurs classiques, vous aurez ici un dissipateur simplement parfait !
