I received these June 3rd and already they’re not working. I’ve reached out to Amazon about this twice, as well as the manufacturer directly, and have still gotten nowhere. I want my money back.

It’s been more than a month since my daughter used these cute headphones. She loves it and it is very useful when she does her online school work. She can concentrate on her zoom class at the same time she can be cute and unique.

Purchased for my daughter! Absolutely love them! Peace of mind knowing she is safe without having a cord. Sound quality is great. And seller offers a year warranty and was super kind! Would defjnarelg buy again and recommend!

Very cool product. Daughter loves it. Only issue is that when it is plugged in using the chord, the light up feature no longer works.

This is a true volume controlled to 85db limits! Regardless if the kids or myself tried multiple times to set the volume full blast at 100% on their computers, the volume on this headset still medium, very comfortable to the ears. Sound quality is very good and battery life lasted 3 days without recharging and sometimes a week on stand by. Kids loved it and mom approved. Sorry to other expensive brand that cost almost $90-100 a pop. Their volume limited to 85db for kids ear drum is not as advertised. YES, I have tried them, 3x and have to return all. Hope that helps.
