Works as it should.

You have to do this consistently to get the desire results. It definitely helps with stretching your back and improving your posture. The downside is it can activate headaches. Im hoping the headaches will subside the more I use it and the more my back and neck get stretched.

It has been over a year now of suffering from jaw and neck pain from TMD. The ‘divinci’ was first introduced to me in physical therapy, to which I decided to give it a shot at home. Honestly, you have to be very consistent to feel relief. The material is not solid, it has a slight foam/ soft feel to it but it will not form to you, so it provides neck support. With that being said, its definitely something you cant fall asleep on, but is comfortable enough to use for the recommended 10-15 minutes per day. If you are consistent with it some of the neck pain will subside which is a win for those with TMD/TMJ. Its worth a shot to try it!

I was having terrible pain in my neck and shoulders from doing jigsaw puzzles. I have had damage to my C7 disk from a car accident, and doing the puzzles with my neck bent caused pain that I ignored until it became a serious problem. This gadget worked for me. After a couple of days with consistent use 10 minutes a days, I felt relief. I continue to use it daily, and I also use it whenever I get any little neck twinges. It relieves them imediately. I highly reccommend it!

Only a few days in to using it daily but starting to feel improvement for sure. It’s a little stiffer than I thought it would be but if you just start gradually your neck starts to loosen and the discomfort went away.

This is amazing product. I use it a couple times a week for my neck issues that have been debilitating and painful.

I had 2 side-impact car accidents within a year, 19 years ago. I have had chronic nagging neck pain on one side just under that bony ridge at the back. Sometimes its so bad STILL that I cant stand it. I have tried everything. PT, cortisone injections, acupuncture, years of chiropractic, thousands of massages, every possible type of pillow, ointment, Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, heat, ice, even biofeedback. It is a stable, constant companion with episodes of screaming pain. Ive tried traction in various manifestations but it tends to only inflame the area. BUT I bought this silly little thing anyway. 10 min per day the first few days, now I can do it several times a day if I want. It actually relieves those screaming episodes! I want to cry Im so stunned! It may actually help in the long run if I put the time into using it several times a day religiously. Ill update if thats the case. But right now, this is the most precious thing I own! I dont know if this particular size and angle just happens to fit my neck perfectly so maybe it may not work for everyone, but you can adjust it up or down your spine to get it so you are looking straight up at the ceiling while lying on your back. Thats what I do. I know there are other silent screamers out there and I want you to know this is definitely worth a try. All these years, all that money and this tacky pink plastic contraption is all I needed.

I see and feel a difference after just the first use. Having a herniated Disc in my neck, i often get pain or a stiff neck. This helped relieves the pressure and stretches my neck safely. After one week i also noticed the neck bulged decreased.

I’ve been in pretty severe neck pain for the last 3 years. I’ve gone to chiropractors massage therapists, used pain killers muscle relaxers, stretches, work outs, hot/cold therapies, inversion table, pillows etc. some things would help for a moment but ultimately nothing helped. I would describe my neck as a tube sock full of broken glass. Was considering getting a freaking medical neck brace just to sleep and keep everything in line. This thing though people, is a god send. I used this for maybe 10-12 minutes yesterday on my yoga mat and it’s been at least 20 hours with minimal pain. Like the most relieve I’ve felt in YEARS. Woke up this morning ready for my morning wave of pain and NOTHING. Maybe some mild stiffness but that’s it. I will say I did some range of motion work with my shoulders at the same time as the use of this product. It’s similar to the stretch where you hang your head off the bed but there’s more support to how your neck should line up with this. Seriously I feel young again. I made my husband with shoulder pain try it and he’s feeling better as well. Do yourself a favor!! I’ve seen online people say 10 min a day x 14 days and their neck pain is gone. I’m blown away after one use but might report back on 2 weeks! 21days: mobility in my neck, traps and shoulders is way better. I can actually look up and to the right too! I’ve noticed quite a bit of change in my upper back too like mobility but also it’s like muscles that were frozen or asleep are waking up or something. In a good way! I still get waves of pain if I move too quickly in whatever way but it’s nothing to what it used to be. Totally recommend this!
