Product was as described and shipment was prompt. Unfortunately, it did not work in my older model car. I will have to check if the receptacle in the car actually works.

My husband bought this to put into our 2005 P T Cruiser convertible. It is a handy as it charges our smart phones as we enjoy our summer rides in the country. Smart phones have google maps which can navigate you to a local ice cream spot which you may not be familiar with as far as the location. I would buy this again, very well built and solid.

Construction seems to be sturdy. I would buy again.

The car charger is simple, solid and reliable. It provides full power from both outlets. It does what it was designed to do.

One of my usual gripes with car power adapters is that they fit too loose, and dont stay plugged in very well. Tug your power cord a little and they slip right out. This one fits nice and snug and seems to be of pretty solid build quality.

When traveling I need plenty of power for two items charging at the same time. Would have preferred 6 amps total, but will live with 4.8.
