I really like this printer as its easy to use and maintain. It being our second real foray into 3d printing, it has been mostly positive. My 12 year old took to their slicer and runs it himself as well as the printer. The 8 year old still needs some help, but he understands it. I have found the videos, documentation and support to be top notch. My only issue was PLA clogging in the PTFE tubing and found it was due to a faulty fan causing it to get to hot. After replacing the fan, it works great again and no clogs since! Once you have your filament settings dialed in, it prints beautifully. Highly recommended, but do your due diligence and learn about 3d printing. The industry is not idiot proof yet. But the QIDI printers are a big step into that direction.

An amazing device, but an even better support team. Device does amazing builds, easy to troubleshoot, and any tiny thing you need help with just shoot customer service an email and they go above and beyond to help you out

Works great, great to learn off of, makes very nice prints and great bed size, very capable. Can’t say enough good things about this machine, very happy with it.

I have tried every brand of printer and this has been the easiest by far. On top of that, they have the best customer service in the game by far. They will work with you fast and stand by their products. I highly recommend!!!

I cant say enough about how great the support staff has been. The respond in a more than timely manner and have even gone so far as to create profiles for different materials for me in Simplify 3D. Wifi printing is nice, no cords everywhere and printer doesnt have to be next to computer. Enclosed case and option to have filament inside case is cool. Came assembled and ready to print. Well packaged too!

This is my first 3D printer and I have had it for over a year. I have printed PLA and ABS and I have not had any issues with the prints although I had to play with the settings when I got my ABS filament. The customer service is very responsive and they usually get back to me with questions or concerns I have within 24 hours which is great. They replaced my high temperature extruder free of charge since the hot end looked a little rusty. They even provided me with Cura configuration files although “Qidi Print” software gets the job done too.

I received this shortly after Black Friday and it’s barely had any down time. The prints are fast and crisp and even a novice can get this up and running quickly. It’s amazing how many random things can be solved with existing designs. Lately I’ve been printing out models for my granddaughters friends, they love the little articulated dragons and octopuses

I always wait to do a review on an item and only provide comments after I have used the product a while to see how it actually performs and holds up along with seeing how customer service is handled. I have had a QIDI 3D X-plus for over 2 years now and it is still churning out out projects. I have gone thru multiple software updates as they have been released and had a couple of minor technical issues along the way. In all cases customer service was extremely responsive and addressed the issues immediately. Without question a 5 star for both value/performance for price and customer service is well deserved. I would expect that the X-plus II would be equal to or better.

I am a 3d amature, but, since this is my 4th printer, I do know a good 3d printer when I have one and the QiDi x-plus is a very, very good 3d printer. It is easy to use, runs quiet, the print quality is excellent, I did have a couple of issues at first but their second to none support staff fixed them immediately with no questions asked. QiDi puts their money where their mouth is and what I mean by that is, they dont hesitate to send you what you need in parts and they will do it at their expense. I highly recommend this printer and this company to anyone looking for good products and service!!
