These were exactly as described. They are perfect for quilting and for delicate fabrics that I don’t want to use pins in when I’m making clothes. I have no problems w/the quality neither do I find them hard to open. I like they come in a container of their own.

Has been wanting some fabric clips, but the brand name set was so expensive... found these and took a chance, and I’m so glad I did. They hold the fabric well (great for knits!) and there are two sizes in the box. I mostly use the smaller clips, but it’s nice to have some of the larger ones on hand. The tin container with adorable bunny is a nice bonus! I’ve them be useful for more than just fabric... I’ve used mine for ribbons, papers, as a bag clip, and even as temporary bookmark!

I ordered these after I saw many people were using them instead of pins on youtube videos. They are a little stiff to open but Im sure that will change as I use them more. They were delivered quickly and as described. If you have pets this is so much better than pins when sewing

Just what I was looking for! I’m a beginner and these are so much easier than working with pins. Finished half the project and they worked perfectly so far.

I wasnt really ignoring these clips per say, I just didnt see a need for them until just recently when I was cutting out hexagons for a lap quilt. Im so glad I picked them up! Ive been using them mainly to clip my scraps together so I can cut them into strips and then into hexagons. I place a clip on the top edge of my scraps in 3 inch increments and then I cut them with my rotary cutter. Once the strip set is done, I can remove it off of my work space and place them somewhere else so theyre not in the way and I know theyre still going to be in line when I set them back on my work space to cut them into hexies. Theyve streamlined my cutting a lot and theres no more worry of strips sliding out and ruining my accuracy. Cant wait to find out how many more uses there are for these things, I love them and the tin they came in is just too, too cute!

Never had anything like these before. They look like they will have lots of good uses, besides what they are meant to be used for.

I dabble in a little bit of a lot of crafts...sewing, quilting, woodwork, dollhouse miniatures, etc, and I am always using clamps of some sort. I had never tried binding my quilts with clips (instead of pins) until recently when a friend of mine recommended it. She lent me her set of these and I was immediately hooked...I wish I had started using them years ago. Easier to use than pins and they hold the fabric exactly where you want it. Plus, you dont drop these on the floor and lose them in the carpet only to stab yourself in the foot with them weeks later. They are surprisingly strong and stay in place incredibly well. They have also come in extremely handy for my recent dollhouse miniature projects. I have only used them a handful of times but so far they have preformed excellently. I love the cute little tin they come in but I wish it was a teensy bit larger...you really have to cram the clips in to get the lid to go all the way on. The company also sent a free measuring tape with the clips, and since I am forever losing mine, I was really excited about it. Definitely try these out with your quilt binding...youll never go back to pins again!

I ordered this because I thought the rabbit tin was adorable and I needed more clips. I was definitely disappointed when the product arrived and the tin did not have a rabbit on it. The clips are cute in that they come in a variety of colors as described. They are a bit hard to open. The clover wonder clips I have are definitely easier to open and use than these ones, however, as long as you don’t have pain in your hands these clips are great. Definitely worth buying if you are just wanting clips. The tin works well in that the lid stays on and the handle is handy. But again, it was not the tin that I had wanted or that was pictured. I also wanted to note that for anyone who has read the other reviews and saw that people received a complementary tape measure, I did not. That is completely fine because I really didn’t don’t need one. But if it really matters to someone else, know that it is not something you should expect to get.

I was making masks for my family and used YouTube videos for directions. One video showed these clips and I thought I would be fine using pins when making the pleats. Pins do hold the material in position but it also bunches up a bit and that requires a little more attention to make adjustments after removing the pins right before stitching. Well these clips remove all that fuss. Just get the material in the position you need it then use a clip. At times I needed to remove the clip and make adjustments to the pleats but I did all that before going to the sewing machine. While stitching the material, removing the clips is easier than a pin along with no bunched up material to adjust. Less work translates to getting the job done faster. This is plenty of clips to get any size job done. The small clips are manageable and work very well. Im sure the medium size work exactly the same.
