This bag is great quality! It is has lots of roomy pockets and the garment bar is very easy to set up and holds all of my daughter’s costumes. It’s great to have something very self contained so her things are not spread all over the backstage. The rings on the inside are my favorite part. We can just pull out the hangers and put everything up on the rack. Everything stays needy and organized. Customer service is also fantastic! I had a small issue when I got the bag, but customer service rectified it asap! Would definitely recommend this to any dancer/performer or person who wants to be organized! **customer service still checks in on me months later to make sure all is well! Their customer service is unreal! Also asked me if I wanted a free nameplate for the bag 2 months after I purchased! Can’t say enough about bag or service!

We used this garment duffle bag for the first time this weekend for my daughters dance competition. It was perfect! The hooks inside the bag kept her five costumes organized during travel with room to spare. Her shoes fit nicely in the outside vented pocket and the lined compartment was perfect for a few small snacks. The large pocket along the back held all of the extras. There are even more pockets inside the bag! I am very happy with this purchase!

I purchased the dance bag for dance competition as we needed a larger bag. On our second use the bag handle broke. I had read another review about reaching out directly to the company so I gave it a try. The customer service responded very quickly and after a quick review they offered to replace the bag. It is so nice to have a company stand behind their product. It’s a great size bag for my 2 dancers and the fabric seems very durable. It collapses very nicely for storage also.

Upon receiving the duffel, I realized there was a small amount of rust around two of the rings. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately. They not only shipped me another duffel the same day, they also refunded my account $100 and offered to send a personalized patch free of cost. I couldn’t have asked for a better response! Definitely recommend Elite Dance Gear! They stand behind their products!

We ordered this bag over a year ago and this season my daughter accidentally put the top crossbar down incorrectly and it snapped. I contacted the company to see about replacement parts. They sent me not one, but two replacement cross bars at no additional charge. This company really cares about dancers and their teachers. Their bag is half the price of a dream duffel and we have loved it. Love the sturdy zippers and the insulated pouch to store food and drink which is nice for those long competition days. Edited to add… we just took this bag to our 3rd dance competition and it already has a tear. I was expecting my money to go a lot further than this. Highly dissatisfied and I will be reaching out to Amazon even though the return window is closed. I bought at the end of October but gave it to my daughter for Christmas, this is literally our THIRD use!!! I bought this as a Christmas gift for my competitive dancer. She hasnt opened it yet, but I expect that she will love it. I did open it and put it together when I got it, just to be sure all of the pieces were there. It seemed like comparable quality to much more expensive Dance Duffles. It was also easy to assemble. The name patch Velcros on which I love because you could get a new patch if you wanted to give it to someone else. For the price, I would definitely buy again, and I have recommended this to all of my dance mom friends!

This trolley luggage bag is suitable for the costumes of the show. It can hold the costumes of the show and many props and cosmetics. I think this is a useful duffel bag, although it is heavy, but it better protects and preserves important gig costumes.
