I bought this headset to replace my 10+ year old bluetooth headset and based on the existing reviews. It came quickly overnight and I used it for the first time. I was very happy with the product at first use. I am using it as a headset for my cell phone in my home office. The pairing was very easy, and it will even allow pairing to a second device (I havent done that yet). It was just as described on the Amazon page. The power on/off, volume up/down is very simple to operate. I havent used the mute feature yet, but Im sure it will be fine. The sound quality was also very good, and I had no trouble hearing the voice on the other end. So far, I think this is a great buy for the money.

Received this headset last week and it is my new favorite headset! The cushion on the ear is so soft and comfortable! No pain when wearing it all day! I occasionally take calls at my job and this headset stayed powered and connected all day with the long downtime it wasnt being used. Ive had issues with others in the past that disconnected after long periods of time and this is not the case with this one!
