Overall great except the mute button doesnt work on boom mic for computer needs and Zoom conference. Needs improvement in that area. That is specifically why I thought these headphones. I need to be able to walk around while Im on zoom and obviously need to be able to mute it from the boom mic. Now I have unpair and RE-PAIR it EVERY TIME I get on computer

I work from home on the computer and this headset has been great! It is comfortable on my head and is very easy to connect and use. I did have wonderful customer service from Luca as well with the couple of questions that I did have about the headset!

Fits comfortably on either side of the head by simply rotating the boom mic. Sound quality and battery life are excellent.

I just received the headset and I absolutely love it. It sounds so much better than the previous one I had. I especially love that I can have it connected to both my PC AND my iphone and I dont need to disconnect one to use the other. It comes in very handy for sure. Battery life appears to be excellent as well but I have not used the headset the 55 hours of talk time yet. I like that the mute button is on the microphone itself so I dont have to fumble with the side buttons or even the mute portuion of the applications I use. Callers said the could hear me clearly. I registered the headset for the extended warranty and Luca reached out quickly and even gave me some tips on how to use the features of the headset.

The headset has worked great since I purchased it. Battery life is excellent, its comfortable and easy to use. All around great product. I also enjoy the ability to quick connect to 2 devices which is super helpful when I take calls from my laptop or phone. Definitely recommend and would buy again!

I use these in a sometimes noisy office where I have to clearly hear my customer on the phone and the other people around me. This headset is affordable first of all. But I don’t feel like I’ve sacrificed on quality. The quality of the headset is top notch. It has great clear sound. It’s easily adjustable to fit my head perfectly, and I have a big head. It is super comfortable that I can leave it on all day and not be bothered by it. It charges quickly and holds a charge for a long time. Of course that depends on how much you’re using it. Finally, my favorite part of it is the adjustable microphone. It swivels up and down and the mouth can be moved independently wherever you want it.

Ive had this headset for a few weeks now since my older one had broken. So far its worked flawlessly. Our company uses MS teams for our phones and having a bluetooth headset is a must. It fit the bill and is similar to the old one I used before. The cushioning on the earpad is a little thicker so its more comfortable to wear on long conference calls. The callers do not have any issues hearing me either. The bluetooth is solid and has not disconnected during any calls. All in all, this was a good purchase. Price is on point and it has all the features I need. Ill look to get a new one from this manufacturer if this one goes in the future.

This headset is comfortable and does what it says it will do in the description. I can hear the person on the other end of the call very well, and they hear me well, also. After using it for over a week, the battery is still going strong. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to wear a headset for an extended period of time. Its very comfortable.
