I have to say this headset shocked me! I didn’t expect it to be so easy to use. As soon as I plugged it into my laptop it was ready. I say this because I had to check on my previous headset to make sure it was connect the right way. (Bluetooth vs usb). I work from home and use my headset 9 hours s day.

I recently started working from home and I was worried that background noises from my household might bleed into my work space and cause issues for me as a customer service representative on the phone all morning.

Ive tested out these headphone thoroughly and so far I love them. The sound quality is great. The customers that I talk to on the phone can hear me clearly. It does a great job of keeping out background noise. Also its so easy to change from being a one ear headset to two. You can do it in seconds. I think the thing Im most impressed with is the range for Bluetooth. Ive walked at least 60 feet away and could still hear clearly. Overall you can use this for many different applications.

I work remotely and at times the dog is barking, landscapers are mowing the lawn and background noise is inevitable. A customer asked “are you working from home?” When I answered yes she said “wow! You can hear a pin drop! What kind of headset are you using?” ☺️if you have any doubts about purchasing this product -don’t! Worth the money and the customer service is great!

This M109 single & dual headset is best of both worlds. I drive a semi and can’t have both ear pieces on at the same time while driving. For me that is a great option. For driving I use the 1 pc and at the end of the day or when I have meetings I’m able to just hook up the dongle and have both ear pieces on! I really like the manual slide button for the power as my others some times I bump and turn it off. The boom is slender, rigid, rotates for left or right side usage. The added bonus of a mute button is useful as well for when I have a contractor that walks up to my truck. The removable second ear piece is easily done and switched out for the pad. 1 button and it slides out and replace with the other part. No wires or anything to have to connect. The charge cord is plenty long enough to rest the head set in a safe place while driving or in office. It’s a usb c and works with any usb c cord. The charge lasts me the whole week and I am on the phone and or listening to music at least 4 hours a day if not more. One last feature I like is that the ear pieces rotate 180° so the headset can be laid down and the part against the ear can lay up or down, for me the vibration of laying on edge can rub the cover through on the dash! In conclusion if you are looking for a great headset that can be headphones the M109 is absolutely for you. I give this 5 stars and don’t do that very often.

This headset is just unbelievable! The sound is super clear, and my voice is also very clear to the party I call. The music sounds great, with all controls working well. The ear muff is excellent, insulating from all outer sounds, and very comfortable on the ears. Dictation to SMS is understood perfectly. The fact that the device can be connected to two Bluetooth devices makes it even more valuable, and the interchangeable ear muff is a great feature if you want total silence from outside noise. The instructions on how to switch between the two Bluetooth devices are very clear. The headband is very comfortable on my head. Bottom line, a great headset with a very affordable price.

Ive gotten probably about 5 Bluetooth headsets within the past year, and most of them were just ok. This one is very good. When Im talking with someone on the laptop VOIP phone I always ask if the quality is ok or if they hear an echo or if it sounds like Im talking underwater. Everyone says they can hear me clearly.

Great quality headphones and mic. Being able to take off one side of the earpiece for driving is a nice feature. I would definitely recommend for the price.

This headphone set was a great find. I connected to my computer very quickly and easily. No special downloads or requirements for the Bluetooth settings.

My Bluetooth Headset M109 has arrived and I have tested and I have to tell you. I do have another bluetooth headset kh113m and I tell you, the sound quality of this headset blows me away. It sounds like you listening to the Bose headset. Also the noise cancellation is excellent. I have tested and it is amazing. The other thing I really like about this headset is it comes with dual ear piece and a clip. So if you want to use 1 earpiece, then just remove the right earpiece and put on a clip that comes with it. It is being charged with a usb-c cable that comes with it too. The earpieces are very comfortable for someone who uses all day long. I would give this product a 6 star if they the headset can pair with more than 1 devices. Thank you for an excellent product.
