This is a very durable, comfortable, quality product. The ear pieces are extremely comfortable. Charging cord is plenty long enough. Battery life is great and the overall appearance is sleek. They even send a litte scratch off game. I won and received a second completely FREE.

I love it because I am the type of person who alway needs a change and I love that I can go from dual ear to single ear with just a swap of a piece. It’s easily useable and works great with my work from home and office use.

I play keyboard in a worship band, and sound quality is paramount. First time using these headphones they connected to my laptop without needing the USB dongle (computer has built-in bluetooth). Im amazed with the quality of sound -- good full spectrum sound with solid bass, yet the bass doesnt overtake the rest of the frequencies like other headphones Ive used. They are extremely comfortable right out of the box and relatively light with both earpieces installed, and even lighter on my head when only using one ear. Id buy this again in a heartbeat!

I have worked from home virtually for many years before the Covid19 Epidemic and being able to communicate with my co-workers internally and our clients externally is primordial to get my job done, many of my clients are located in Latin America, ASIA, and Europe. I work all types of hours because of the level of support that I suppose to provide to our high end clients, I am in the Electronic Data Interchange business and communication is as I said PRIMORDIAL. Now to the product, I have been looking for many years for a very reliable headset, I have tried so many of them that I cannot list them here, getting the right product to perform as you need is almost impossible and I gave up and just kept switching from one to the other. I was so happy when I ran into this product the Pointcinco Bluetooth Headset M109, I have tested it for 3 days and all I have is positive features to mention, the single option for clear crispy calls and then the dual earphones for noisy areas calls or conferencing. It gives you up to 45 hours working time and about 400 hours standby time. I love the fact that you can switch between single and dual earphones at will and seamlessly, it connects instantly to my computer and my phone Bluetooth, I use it constantly with Teams and Zoom and I have had absolutely no issues. I reached out to others that I talk to internally and/or externally and they all confirmed that the calls have been Cristal clear and they were asking me to send them the product so they can look into purchasing one at amazon.com, all in all I can only say that if any of you are looking for a very good, high performance, reliable set this is the one, I highly recommend this product.

It is very light weight. The Bluetooth works great. I love the extra piece that comes with it. It charges fast. It almost feels like your not wearing it at all. I’m a big fan of all there headsets.

The sound quality is phenomenal! Clear and crisp. When I watch videos and movies, or when I listen to music or recorded books it reminds me of the surround sound effects, I experience at theaters. It paired effortlessly with my phone, laptop, and tablet. The earpieces are as soft as cotton. The entire headset is light as a feather. And I have the option of using one earpiece or two. That comes in handy when I’m driving and need one ear free. The microphone rotates a full 360 degrees, which allows me to alternate from my left ear to my right ear with ease. The controls are conveniently located and easy to master. It’s like owning 2 headsets in one. Great idea!

I work remotely and at times the dog is barking, landscapers are mowing the lawn and background noise is inevitable. A customer asked “are you working from home?” When I answered yes she said “wow! You can hear a pin drop! What kind of headset are you using?” ☺️if you have any doubts about purchasing this product -don’t! Worth the money and the customer service is great!
