> 24 hourBox did not include a manual so I had to download it from the web. Sound from the speaker is of no use... so not recommended for outdoor use. Good image quality. Bit finicky in HDMI detection.Excellent picture quality. Did not like the GUI on it though. Lamp gives out a lot of heat. I need a shorter throw for my setup hence returned to Amazon. Very smooth return and refund. Thanks to Amazon for excellent customer support.

> 24 hourThis projector is a MAJOR upgrade from the Optoma GT1080 I had before. Its brighter, clearer, and even quieter. Also, when switching scenes between light to dark, and vise versa are spectacular. Its not grainy, its not too dark, it doesnt lose color. When my last projector died, I went and got a 65 UHD curved Samsung TV. The price was $800, the same as this. The TV was beautiful, but Ill take this projector any day of the week. I promptly returned the TV upon arrival of the projector. If youre even thinking you might want it, just go for it. You will absolutely not be disappointed.

> 24 hourI bought this to replace a four-year-old Optima HD143X 1080p 3000. This has a much better-quality picture than the older one. 4000 lumens versus 3000 lumens, plus this is 4K which the other was not. The other was half the price so I have no complaint on that. This gives a sharper, brighter image. Much better color. This will show a good picture even when there is light in the room. You do not have to be blacked out. I can watch this comfortably even with the overhead lights on. My only problem with optima is that their remotes are not the easiest to navigate. After a few months of using this with no problem, I started having an issue each and every time I turn it on, the picture starts up distorted. All I have to do to correct this is press the HDMI selector button. A minor inconvenience. So far, the picture is incredible. I am happy with this optima. It is well worth the difference in price from the old one. Update: Problem solved. I needed to plug the usb to an electric outlet

> 24 hourIt looks awesome in the dark but I spent the extra money to get something I can use during the day. Even in full shade in my carport and with the projector close to the wall (small projection) its barely visible. In the summer, I cant watch anything outside until after 9pm.
