seemed great a t first but it has random periods where it has major lag. Seconds of lag. Its really ridiculous. It seems to occur less often if the mouse is plugged in to USB but it does still occur. I have tried this on multiple computers running win 10 and win 11 and it acts exactly the same on all of them. It doesnt matter fi the usb plug-inis inches or feet away from the mouse. Worthless.

This is a serious mouse for serious gamers. From the moment you take it out of the box, you can tell. It’s a big, heavy mouse with unlimited potential to make it a perfect fit for the individual user. Things that I felt were noteworthy: · It’s wireless, of course. I charged it with a standard wireless charger I had around (QI certified) with no problem. I saw where there is a special charging pad available, which those who spend large amounts of time might want to consider; you would never run out of power! · It does have a micro-USB adapter (port is on the front). · The dongle for it is nice and small. · You can adjust your DPI during use. As you make selections, the color on the mouse changes. Kind of cool. · You can’t adjust the length, but the flanges on the sides are removable. I happen to like the flanges, as I tend to use a “claw grip” when I’m using the mouse. With the flanges in place, I don’t get that irritating thumb drag. And the flanges are different sizes and changeable depending on whether you’re left or right handed. · Out of the box, the 2 buttons on the left side are already installed. I added an extra 2 on the right side (all parts included) to give me the full 11 button options. This mouse is smooth. I don’t think I’ve ever used one quite like it. Again, if you’re serious about gaming, this mouse may be for you.

I am so glad to have chose this mouse instead of the Razer Basilisk. The ambidextrous design is well thought out. My hand sits comfortably on it and even after extensive use. It also charges quick and the battery lasts me for around 4 days of a couple of hours of usage each day. I primarily use this mouse for general usage than gaming. I would definitely recommend this mouse to everyone (non-gamers included).

Bought the HP Omen set back in June 2020. Its now mid-April 2021 and the mouse is giving me headaches. Unless its connected by wire, it skips, lags, slows down randomly and altogether fails at some points. Its a shame given how customisable and comfortable the mouse is. I will be switching from this $100+ mouse to something around the $20 range. Time and time again quality products fail on me, while their inexpensive counterparts continue to blow my mind away

I started having issues with the mouse out of the box. It started as minor cosmetic issues (I would select what color Id like the OMEN logo to be from within the command center, and it would last no more from 5-10 minutes before it would chose which color to be on its own)... about a month into having the mouse the real issues started. Seemingly out of nowhere, the actual functionality of the mouse goes down the drain. Sometimes its the right-click function, sometimes its the left-click, sometimes the scroll wheel will not work, and the DPI of the mouse will randomly be reduced a significant amount to the point where I cant play with it. If an HP representative reads this, PLEASE contact me for a replacement

I really like this mouse. Not a gamer but so far the mouse works great and is very accurate. I find the built in Qi extremely convenient. The ambidextrous features are a smart design and make it possible to have extra buttons, though I don’t know how easy it would be to use them.

Solid mouse, quick response but its not QI friendly. I bought this mouse specifically for its wireless charging because I have a QI charge pad. IT DOES NOT CHARGE ON THE PAD. Disappointed because thats the main reason I bought this mouse. Unless you buy its specific charge station, its not wireless charge. For those who dont mind a wire charge, its a good buy. But if your like me and bought this specifically to avoid wire charging, keep looking gamer.

    · This is a gaming mouse but I’m using it as my only mouse which means 90% general use. It’s precise and comfortable for everyday use. I used a Logitech MX Revolution mouse as my daily mouse previously and this could be a replacement for everyday use. · The detachable magnetized thumb rests seemed a little gimmicky but they lock in securely. I use the mouse with both thumb rests. · Seems like the only way to get the Omen Command Center drivers is through the Microsoft store, not HP’s site. There was Command Center Software but it seemed to be only for the PC’s which was confusing and I lost interest trying to figure it out. If I can search the model and find the drivers on HP support then whatev. The mouse works without the Omen software but you need it to program the buttons. · The logo on the mouse changes colors which means I’m serious about gaming because…colors.
