> 3 dayThis came packaged really well and free of damage. My reason for purchasing this over the others that I had viewed is the convenient tote that comes along with it. I am so happy I chose this one because the carrier is so nice and will be great to carry with me on retreats. I am able to keep my mat clean and it is easy to carry or put in a bag to transport with my iron. The wool mat is really good quality and I am able to use this on my beautiful sewing furniture and it is protected from damaging heat and steam. The size is great because I can leave it right beside me at the sewing machine or really anywhere I chose because it protects the surfaces that it is setting on really well. I love the thickness of this product as it is not too thick but thick enough to stick sewing pins when I am working with applique on the wool mat and I love this! My fingers are no longer being burned from the steam or the heat of the iron because I am able to securely use pins to keep my project in place on the wool mat. The wool itself is so nice and works so well with fabric! The wool is top quality and I am surprised at the price of the this product being so reasonable. It checks all of the boxes for a quilters/sewers needs with the traveling and storage abilities.

> 3 dayI found the wool pad to be a bit floppy. Other boards I looked at were some what stiff. I returned the item. The carry bag was a great idea. Never had heard of the fiberglass paper. I was fine with the price. Yet, I thought with carrying it around to classes that it would become even more floppy. Thank you.

> 3 dayIve had this ironing pad for about a week now, and Ive used it about five times. I have found that it works as good as any similar pad, though it does have a slight wet wool smell when using a steam setting. This particular set comes with a protector sheet that will help any surface under the mat. Ive tried it with & without the protective sheet. Without the sheet the surface did get a little warm. With it, it was fine. The carrying case also seems nice. I can actually fit my folding cutting mat in there with the wool pad & protective pads! Overall, Im very happy with this purchase!

> 3 dayI purchased this for quilting and because it is so easy to store away. It’s perfect for small pieces of fabric and for completed “blocks” at the start of a project. However, it can’t replace using a regular ironing board to iron out a completed quilt design. It is effective for what it is.

Greater than one weekWondered why quilters love these so much—now I know! You can press the fabric so much better than on a traditional ironing board. Very happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayI love this! The pad, the under pad protector and the bag are extremely well made. The zipper works well. A very important feature since sometimes that is not the case. Thank you Amazon for carrying a quality product for a reasonable price.
