I like the charging port, the space it has and the durability

Absolutely not waterproof! Even a slight rain will totally soak items inside this backpack. I bought this specifically because of the waterproof claim. While I understand that doesnt mean it can go into a pool of water, I did expect it to keep my items dry during rain. It didnt. Everything had to be removed and dried once I was home. Good thing Id left my laptop at home that day!

It was just what I needed…holds everything and more…attractive, appears durable…so far. Should have bought sooner.

I brought this backpack for my husband since he travels so much. He love it! it fits all of the documents that he has to take with him, that he doesnt have to take out his electronics everytime and that it has a hook to his suitcase!

This backpack is perfect for everything from my son taking it to college, to fill it up for travel.

The backpack claimed to be 45L. In back pack world, 45L is a oversize backpack for hiking or traveling. This was a normal size pack back you would get for elementary school. Backpack are measured in liters (L). I guess the L for this backpack means large not liters according to the tag wen I received it.

Good backpack, but after 11 months of use, the stitching on the side started coming apart. Also no customer service website; the one provided by Amazon is incorrect
