I measured my desk area because I only needed it to cover a particular section of my deck and the measurements were pretty spot on. I read in a previous comment that someone said there was an odor. I did not experience any odors. I opened it and placed it on my desk and Ive been using it fine since. Easy to clean. Protects desk. Great for an alternative mouse pad. Instantly lays flat when rolled out from packaging!

> 3 dayWhen my office merged with another and relocated 6 months ago, my company no longer provided me with office space. I was given a makeshift desk (which is really just an empty bin location) in the warehouse. They covered the space with cardboard and set up a PC on top of the cardboard. Not only was it always dusty, but the surface was uneven, so my PC would constantly lean and almost fall over. I was looking for a cheap solution that would also cheer up this otherwise dreadful space. I found this PVC desk blotter for $9.99. Wipes clean, which is great since I always spill coffee! It levelled out the desk, so my monitor no longer leans. It also came in a range of pretty colors; I was able to get a soft pink, but I see that they offer about 15 other vibrant colors too. You could definitely use this as a mousepad as well since the surface of the mat allows for the mouse to glide easily over it. Yet, the surface also prevents my keyboard from moving all over as I type- AMAZING! The blotter is backed with non slip material, so it is not going anywhere. I could see many uses for this product besides a blotter- would be great on a dining table or as a pet mat too.
