> 3 dayThis paste caused almost literally caused me to have nightmares. The plunger wouldnt work and nothing came out. the tip popped off and got thermal paste all over my CPU. Waaaay too much. It was terrible. Afterwards, it worked ok after wiping off the excess, but the experience was terrifying.

> 3 dayIve been using NT-H1 as my go to thermal paste for about a year now. Before that I had been exclusively using Arctic MX-4, however it was not available on Amazon at the time of my last purchase (it now seems to be). When it comes to TIM, most will perform about equally once you start getting into the category of NT-H1 and MX-4. NT-H1 seems to spread easier, however. At the end of the day though, its really down to whichever is cheaper.

Greater than one weekI applied this on my 2010 15 inch MacBook Pro, which hadnt had its thermal paste replaced since I bought it new in 2010. Most of the paste was dried up and I figured by applying some fresh thermal paste, the laptop temperature wont get as hot as it did before. I also replaced the fans on top of applying this paste, and I am noticing the laptop is a lot quieter, however, it still gets hot on the bottom. I did some research and apparently, thats as good as it gets for a 2010 MacBook Pro, so I cant blame it on the paste. Great value for the cost and it was easy to apply.
